Given the way that The Jacksonville Jaguars are run, is it any surprise that AEW is the way that it is?
Well, when you put it like that, no, no it isn’t any surprise.
Seeing Kevin Owen's viral heel turn on Cody got me thinking that WWE creative is teetering on the edge of making Cody a naive Sting-like face. And I don't think that is a great thing for his character in which he is presented as such an intelligent guy. Don't get me wrong, i love WWE creative's direction. But this kind of inconsistency is a hallmark of an earlier time. The current regime has been great at character consistency. But with Cody we see he has been duped by turns from AJ styles, Brock Lesnar, and now KO. In your opinion, how much is too much? Shouldn't Cody have learned by now?
I don’t see that at all. Cody has talked with Randy Orton about his working with Roman Reigns. He tried to talk to KO about it but KO blew him off. Cody wasn’t playing the fiddle while Rome was burning like WCW Sting often was.
How can WWE sign such a long term deal with Netflix without even knowing how long their flagship show will run every week?
They know, believe me.
Why did WWE give the CW the entire NXT library? Why wouldn’t they want to keep them on Peacock?
CW paid for the rights fees to NXT so they get the library. When USA aired NXT, they got the rights.
What is going to happen to the archive footage on the WWE Network once it moves to Netflix. Not only was the archive footage a big pull for fans to subscribe, it seems like WWE worked tirelessly to obtain so much footage with the view to distribute it?
We won’t know that until a new deal for the WWE Network rights are sold. They are on Peacock until Q1 of 2026.
