AEW filed a trademark on the term "King of Harts" on 10/1, PWInsider.com has learned.
The trademark application is in regard to "action figures", so it is most likely related to the Owen Hart figures AEW's toy licensee Jazwares is producing.
AEW previously filed for the same trademark in 2021 for the realms of "educational and entertainment services, namely, a continuing program about wrestling accessible by radio, television, satellite, audio, video and computer networks; Entertainment services in the nature of development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of wrestling programs and wrestling multimedia entertainment event content; Entertainment services in the nature of live wrestling performances;"
