On 9/19, WWE requested a 90-day extension to oppose Anthem Wrestling Exhibitions' registration of the 'Santino Marella' trademark.
Obviously, the character was originally created by WWE.
After the trademark lapsed, Marella was hired by TNA with Anthem filing for the mark.
