The second season of Peacemaker on MAX is being planned for a release after the new Superman film. Superman will be released in July 2025 and the events of that film will reflect on the Peacemaker series, so don't expect the new season of the series, starring John Cena as the title character, until well after Superman's theatrical run. The Superman film will kick off the new DC Studios universe of stories under Director and writer James Gunn.
Dwayne Johnson was interviewed by Entertainment Weekly to promote the forthcoming Moana 2 animated film from Disney.
The new comedy Let's Start A Cult will be released theatrically on 10/25. CM Punk is listed among the cast under his real name Phil Brooks. The plot of the film - "After missing out on a long-awaited mass suicide, an obnoxious cult member teams up with his former leader to gain a new following." There is no word how big Punk's role in the film is.
The official release date for Johnon's Christmas action film Red One, co-starring Chris Evans is 11/15.
