Any word on if Raw will be on Netflix in Canada or will it be staying on Sportsnet ?

As I remember it, Raw will move to Netflix internationally as existing deals in other countries expire.

After watching Smackdown last night ( 13 Sept 2024 ) I had some observations about the furthering of the Bloodline angle.  First, huge match to open up the show, and the commercial free aspect was great for viewers.  Big props for the presentation.  And the show closing segment added major intrigue to the next PLE.

1.  With Cody now beating Solo in two high profile matches, does it soften future interest for Solo in the title picture with Cody?  Not for nothing, but Jacob Fatu, for me, is the star of the faction right now.

It will definitely be interesting to see where it goes, no doubt. When Roman Reigns was The Tribal Chief, he was a dominant champ. At this point, Solo will start seeming like a paper leader if he keeps losing. Then again, that could be what they are going for. I agree, Jacob Fatu is a beast, for sure.

2.  I was fine with the cage stipulation, as Cody has been at war with the BL for over 18 months now.  It was justified.  BUT, is this a rare creative miss, as a cage match should be the blow-off?  In this case it's just another step as Cody changed his mind about being " done " with the BL less than 2 hours later.  There was no disputed finish, it was a clean win.

Since the current booking team always has a plan, I will wait and see where it goes before I pass judgment.

3.  Was Cody risking going into Sting territory siding with Roman so quickly?  Obviously, I don't see a swerve coming and Roman betraying him, but I would think Cody would need a little more than "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" to take his side.

Had he not said that he wanted no part of teaming with Roman earlier, I would agree. But he’s also the ultimate good guy and when he saw the guys that were savaging someone else, even if it was Roman, he did what a good guy would do. Now, where it goes from here, we shall see.

With WWE wanting to do more intl. events, specifically in London, wouldn't it be cool if they got the rights to "Werewolf in London" by Warren Zevon for promotional videos?  Hopefully Jacob Fatu would be in a prominent role at whichever event they have.  It needs to happen, lol.

In the right scenario, that would be funny. Right now though, Fatu is a heel and not the leader of the faction so I don't see him getting that song at this time.
