The Killer's Game starring Dave Bautista and featuring a pretty funny performance from WWE's Drew McIntyre opened this weekend on 2,623 screens in the United States but in the aftermath of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice's release and the staying power of Deadpool & Wolverine, couldn't make a dent at the box office, opening sixth for the weekend.
The film is estimated to have brought in $2.6 million at the box office, which Deadline.com reported to be the smallest opening for any Dave Bautista film.
Having seen the film, it's a good popcorn flick especially if you like fight scenes and my suspicion is it will find an audience once it lands on streaming platforms. McIntyre makes the most of every scene he is in and is legitimately funny.
