With the exception of the technical issues at the start of the Summer of Beasts broadcast, MLW was happy with last night's event in NYC. We are told the audio issues were actually on YouTube's end and at one point, one MLW production staffer was one two phones at the same time with YT reps on both the East and West Coast trying to get things resolved. In the end, they had to pull the stream and start from scratch in order to get things correctly, so fans missed part of the Timothy Thatcher vs. Bobby Fish bout, which is no longer on the "final" version of the broadcast.
Minoru Suzuki & Ikuro Kwon won the MLW Tag Team titles last night.
MLW touted that a fan traveled all the way from Russia to attend last night:
