Lucha Libre AAA Triplemania: Mexico City 2024 was held this evening with the following results:
*Lucha Libre AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Flammer with Dalys defeated Faby Apache with Sexy Star.
*Octagon Jr. won Copa Bardahl to earn a future title shot with Kenzu Suzuki and Mark Jindrak appearing as surprises.
*Raj Dhesi (the former Jinder Mahal) & Satnam Singh with Jeff Jarrett defeated Negro Casas & Psycho Clown and Dr. Wagner Jr. & Galeno del Mal to win the Lucha Libre AAA Tag Team Championship.
*Matt Riddle defeated Komander and Laredo Kid to win the Lucha Libre AAA Cruiserweight Championship.
*The original Psicosis was inducted into the Lucha Libre AAA Hall of Fame. Rey Mysterio sent in a video message saying that without Psicosis, ther would have been no Rey.
*Vampiro won a Coffin Match in what was billed as his Mexico City Farewell. He was attacked by Sam Adonis and Jeff Jarrett, sparking a crazy brawl that saw Chessman, Pirata Morgan, Cien Cara, La Parka and more get involved.
*Alberto el Patron defeated Nic Nemeth to win the Lucha Libre AAA Champioship. JBL came out with Nemeth. Alberto turned after, attacking Latin Lover and being assisted by Konnan, who also turned. Dorian Rodan came out and unmasked, revealing himself as the evil Eye behind a lot of nefarious attacks. JBL and Patron shook hands.
*In the Domo De La Muerte Mask vs. Hair cage match featuring Los Psycho Circus (Murder Clown, Dave the Clown, and Panic Clown) vs. La Secta Cibernética (Cibernético, Dark Cuervo, and Dark Ozz) vs. Los Vipers (El Fiscal, Abismo Negro Jr., and Psicosis), Cibernetico was the last to escape the cage, leaving the current Psicosis forced to unmask. He was unmasked and revealed his name, Juan Gonzales Cruz.
