On 8/14, a company called 'Totally Harmless Concept LLC' applied to trademark 'The Hurt Syndicate' for "Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer" & "Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, ties as clothing, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands as clothing; bandanas."
The same company tried to register a 'MVP' trademark back in 2013.
