Spotlight Match: Anthony Vecchio vs Aaron Ortiz
Down in Create A Pro, these two are a tag team known as the Shooter Boys…but tonight in Worcester? They are spotlight opponents. This starts friendly enough but Ortiz doesn’t like his this is going and takes a few liberties. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING” yells Vecchio. “I’m trying to win” is the response. Vecchio survives some big slams. Dodge in the corner and Ortiz eats the post! Hip toss jackhammer! Ortiz kicks out! Rebound off the top, Vecchio hits a German suplex but doesn’t get the bridge quite right?!? It’s a double pin! Ortiz and Vecchio are still amped up and almost come to blows at the announcement…but they remember they’re a team and hug it out! Good little match to kick it off!
Match 1: The Bakabella Family (Channing Thomas & DJ Powers w/ Teddy Goodz & Sidney Bakabella) vs Dezmond Cole & Jermaine Marbury (w/ Benny the Basketball)
Bakabella is being very himself and is clearly starting to push Goodz out of the family (despite all assurances to the contrary) in favor of DJ Powers. Channing even seems a little conflicted about all this. Channing says he’s got this. Boofa sends him for a ride. He don’t got this. Neither does DJ, as Marbury gives him a beatdown. Thomas eats a Kobe…DJ with a dropkick that blindsides Marbury. Channing giving some instruction to Powers and you can tell the kid doesn’t like this. Who am I rooting for here?!? Teddy is clearly frustrated at ringside when Bakabella tells him to get water for DJ. Marbury flies in for the tag…Boofa running wild! Rolling legdrop on Channing…kick out! Bakabella at ringside with a weapon he tries handing off to Powers…Goodz doesn’t let him! Marbury knocks them off the apron. Big Boofa Driver to Powers! Marbury runs interference as Powers eats the three. The Family is splintering. “What the hell was even that?!?” Yells Bakabella. He accuses Goodz of being an old jealous vet who should be put out to pasture. Goodz is furious…Channing talks him down from putting a hurting on Sidney. Powers has no allegiance to Goodz…he cost him the match. Bakabella asks Channing “Whose side are YOU on?!?”
Match 2: Allie Katch vs JC Storm
Allie has been upset since losing her shot against Megan Bayne. Is JC going to bear the brunt of this…yes. Yes she is. Allie attacks her at the entryway. Slam into the apron and stairs. Is storm out before this even started??? Katch is clearly feeling unappreciated as she takes shots at the fans while a near helpless JC Storm keeps trying to get to her feet. Allie yelling at people to pay attention. JC with a rollup and eats a stiff knee for her trouble. If people still wanted to cheer her, Allie is giving them reason to put those notions on the shelf. Storm gets a brief moment to shine as Katch can’t stop worrying about the fans. Storm with a spear for two. Allie takes her off the top and hits a piledriver for the win. Mommy no more. She seems to be going back to the original angry iteration of Allie KATCH. And this iteration of Allie? She HATES Gabby Forza. Katch runs her down for being injured again…and when she’s back, Allie is gonna take everything from her. Wow what a PROMO.
Match 3: CPA (w/ 50 Cal) vs Rex Lawless (w/ RJ Rude)
This is definitely a matchup FULL of shenanigans. CPA pulling off his shirt. Rex refusing to do so. We don’t deserve to see his pecs. RJ and Cal are both wearing half shirts. Also, RJ Rude sang a song from his real life actual band Always Grounded (who are playing this Saturday at the Palladium ahead of the Beyond Wrestling show at Two Tribes Festival). Rex is still a beast though and he manhandles CPA with ease. Big release powerslam! Corner hip attack and a big right hand! RJ gets on the mic and sings more. CPA fires up…dropkick! Crunch some numbers!!! Rex kicks out! CPA off the top but Rex meets him with a claymore. CPA rips off another shirt! Form 1099! Why is JGeorge here? Did he take out 50 Cal??? CPA turns back into a chokebomb and a big running boot gives Rex the win. JGeorge stalking into the ring…Cal cuts off this beatdown. CPA has the mic. Next week they settle this. Let’s go girls!
Match 4: Bryce Donovan vs Sam “Hardway” Holloway
Holloway looks like a biiiiig boy compared to a lot of Bryce’s recent opponents. It’s not gonna be an easy night….and even Bryce is taken aback at being outsized here and needs a little break on the floor. Bryce getting tossed around with ease before he resorts to taking the knee out of Holloway. That said, he’s not lifting this dude. Huuuuge shotgun into the buckles drops Bryce for two! Bryce runs Holloway into the post so hard he gets hung up there. Samis dead and Bryce puts the exclamation on it with a fireman’s carry jackhammer for the three. Bryce has the mic. Mark Sterling blows through the curtain in his interviewer gear….demanding answers for Bryce’s recent actions and who his sponsor is. Bryce’s mic turns off and he heads to the tech booth…Fancy Ryan Clancy is waiting for him! Clancy runs Bryce out of the building….but he’s got Bryce’s bag. What’s in the bag?!? Clancy doesn’t open it but dares Bryce to come and take it from him.
Match 5: Swipe Right (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) vs Team BIOPro (Brett Mettro & Julius Draeger w/ Handyman Jake Gray)
Mettro is HOT at Swipe Right after thier attack last week. Draeger is happy to help but Swipe Right is definitely using their established tag team chemistry to keep Mettro well in check. Mettro with a desperate double suplex and makes the crawl! Draeger hits a huge hip toss. Regal Plex! Punphandle powerslam for two! Swipe Right hits a doomsday dropkick…Mettro breaks it up! Head butts all around! Swipe right hits a running swipe right slam and Draeger can’t make the save. Swipe Right doesn’t want to fight students anymore? They just showed why they deserve heavier competition.
This is GAL.

See why everyone wants him to lose.
Bobby Orlando will try to make it happen.

Main Event 1: GAL vs Bobby Orlando
Will this match go to a finish this time? We have a main event twenty minute time limit to work with tonight. Gal goes right at Bobby with a borderline low kick. Gal with big power. Bobby firing up with ten punches. They are picking right back up where they left off, energy wise. Bobby tries a sick trick cutter but Gal doubles him over with a release German. Big side slam for two. Bobby sends Gal flying…suicide dive! Big popup slam for two! Crowd very much behind Bobby here. Gal with a blue Thunder bomb! Kick out! Gal with a confident chokeslam…he goes for the pendulum chokeslam….Bobby rolls him up for the three in just over six minutes! Gal is beside himself and blindsides Bobby. Gal goes for plunder…he goes to pillmanize the knee…Pedro Dones hits the ring and blasts a running headbutt! Pedro grabs the chair and Gal heads for safety. Bobby and Pedro with a respectful dab to each other!
Main Event 2: Big Bacon Brad Hollister vs Brother Greatness
Brother Greatness doesn’t have the best chances tonight. He’s here without backup. He’s against the Wrestling Open champion. But this is about the principle…Brad is going to experience GREATNESS. Brad is ALSO here without backup. High confidence from the champ in this non-title affair. BG with the quick dodges frustrates early. Hard double chop and a sleeper almost puts the champ to sleep. This doesn’t last as Bacon takes right over and lays in a self-righteous beating. He drags BG to commentary, he grabs the mic and just humiliates him. BG screams that God is good! Brad says God won’t save him…and he shoves the ref! BG with a low blow! Bacon kicks out! He goes for the Ichi Bankai! Brad hits a German! The crowd rallying behind Greatness to will him back into this. Brad hits a running powerslam! Kick out! Brother tries to hulk up? Brad with a headbutt stops that quick. Greatness tries to escape a powerbomb and gets press slammed into the second buckle. OW. Brad could go for the jackhammer…but he realizes he has ten minutes left on the clock. He drags Greatness to the apron. He goes for the outside in jackhammer but Greatness sweeps the legs! Codebreaker! He hits the Ichi Bankai! Brad kicks out! BG off the top, European uppercut takes him out of the sky. Brad is DONE with this as he tosses BG to the corner, blasts a hip attack and the jackhammer for the three. Bacon goes for a belt shot to put a cherry on top but Pedro Dones, Bobby Orlando and Fancy Ryan Clancy run in to stop this. Bacon heads to the back as the crowd cheers for Brother Greatness. You can tell this reaction meant the world to him.
