Solid match. Oleg hits a Kamikaze but does not go for the pin. He picks up Finlay for another Kamikaze but Finlay escapes and hits a powerbomb. Finlay follows with Overkill.
Finlay pins Oleg.
David Finlay takes the lead in B Block with 8 points.

6 - El Phantasmo vs. Yuya Uemura
Kidd teases ELP about his friends leaving for WWE.
Uemura worked over the left arm to set up the Deadbolt. Uemura goes for the Deadbolt but ELP reverses into a cradle.
ELP pins Uemura.

7 - HENARE vs. Jeff Cobb
Fun match. Both United Empire members beat the crap out of each other. Cobb hit an F-5000. HENARE was stunned. Cobb crawled to him and screamed to get up. Cobb gets to his feet and gives HENARE the crown hand sign. HENARE lifts an arm to acknowledge the United Empire. Cobb pulls him up and hits a Tour of the Islands.
Cobb pins HENARE.
Jeff Cobb ties for the lead with Finlay at 8 points.

8 - Hirooki Goto vs. Konosuke Takeshita
Good match. Both men fought hard. Takeshita hit a Blue Thunder Bomb for a two count. They fought to the top rope. Goto hit a Destroyer off the top. Ouch! Two count. Takeshita hit a modified tombstone then held on for a release German suplex. Goto popped up and hit a lariat. Goto hits a kick and a GTW. Two count. Takeshita hit a brainbuster. Goto hit a Shouten Kai. Takeshita kicks out. Crowd pops thinking Goto won it.
Goto hits a headbutt and a wicked GTR.
Goto pins Takeshita.
Hirooki Goto has 6 points.
Konosuke Takeshita has 6 points.
Massive pop for Goto’s win. Takeshita and Goto acknowledge each other after the match. This should have been the main event of this night.
9 - Yota Tsuji vs. Ren Narita
They quickly brawl to the floor and into the crowd. Narita injured Tsuji’s left knee and kept attacked his leg. Referee takes a bump. Narita goes for the push up bar. Tsuji with a headbutt. Narita hits a low blow. Narita hits a top rope knee strike. Tsuji kicks out. They trade reversals.
Tsuji hits a Gene Blaster. Tsuji pins Narita.
Yota Tsuji has 6 points.
Ren Narita has 6 points.
As we pass the midpoint of the G1 Climax, all the blocks are balancing out. No one is undefeated and no one has zero points.
