Battle of the Belts VIII starts right after Collision from the Esports Stadium Arlington that they will be using for a large number of shows this summer in Arlington TX.

We start with a recap of the recent AEW shows.
Toni Storm (AEW Women’s World Champion) vs Taya Valkyrie in an eliminator match.
Storm has a different look with shorter, straight hair and white gear and the announcers put over her change of attitude since the attack by Mariah May.
Taya throws her sunglasses at Storm and Storm puts them on and hits a Thesz press. Storm tosses Taya around the ring and Taya goes to the apron, which Storm knocks her to the floor with a hip attack. Taya pulls Storm into the steel steps and then hits a meteora on Storm into the steps. Taya lays in chops. Storm reverses a whip and rolls Taya into the ring and Taya rolls to the floor. Taya puts Storm on her shoulders and slams her into the apron as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Taya has Toni in a half crab. Storm makes it to the ropes for the break. Storm gets a German suplex with a bridge for two. Storm then gets a DDT for two. Taya gets a series of chops in the corner and then hits a sliding slam with Storm on the second rope for two. Taya tries to set for a finisher, but Storm escapes and runs the ropes. Taya gets a clothesline and hits the ride to Valhalla for two.
Taya traps the legs and grabs a rear chinlock. Taya then hits Shania Pain for two. Taya slaps Storm around, but Storm recovers with a headbutt and Storm Zero for the pin and the win.
Winner: Toni Storm
Storm grabs a mic and says the tramp is still the champ. She said that Mariah May may have been a better Toni Storm than she was, but May didn’t cut her head off to finish the job.
Backstage, Lexi Nair is with Kip Sabian, and he says lost his father and now what is important is doing his family proud. He says Nick Wayne can’t let it go and if he can’t, he knows where to find him.
Willow Nightingale (CMLL Women’s Champion) vs Deonna Purrazzo
They lock up and Deonna tries a headlock takeover, but Willow blocks it and smacks her. Willow gets a waistlock slam and then lays in a big chop. Willow runs into a back elbow, and they grab a greco roman knuckle lock. Purrazzo takes Willow down and they hit some mat moves with it. Willow then slams Deonna. They run the ropes and Willow slams Deonna when she tires for a tejaris. Willow then gets a cross body for two.
Deonna gets a drop toe hold into the turnbuckle and knows Willow to the floor as we go to picture in picture. When we return to full screen, Willow is selling an injured arm and gets a big boot on Purrazzo. Willow gets a power bomb for two. Willow tries for the big power bomb, but her arm is too hurt. Willow gets a snap suplex and goes to the top. Deonna knocks her down and covers for two.
Purrazzo tries for a Gotch style piledriver but can’t get her up. Willow gets a Death Valley Driver for two. Willow puts Purrazzo into the corner and puts her on top. She joins her there and lays in clubbing blows. Willow gets a superplex and Purrazzo blocks the second suplex. They trade forearms and kicks and they take each other out with clotheslines.
Taya Valkyrie comes to ringside with a turnbuckle. Willow and Deonna trade waistlocks. Taya holds out the turnbuckle in front of the ref, Before the ref can tell her to leave (and he takes a LONG time on it) Thunder Rosa runs from the back and they fight at ringside. Willow is able to get the pounce. She then gets the power bomb for the pin and the win.
Winner and still CMLL Women’s Champion: Willow Nightingale
Dustin Rhodes, Marshall, and Ross Von Erich w/Kevin Von Erich vs Undisputed Kingdom (Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett) for the Ring of Honor Six Man Tag Team Championship.

Strong and Ross start the match and Ross gets out of an arm bar with a drop-kick. Marshall is tagged in and gets a drop-kick himself. Marshall is driven into Strong’s corner and they work him over until Marshall can get a pair of hip tosses on Bennett, Taven tags in and takes one as well. Dustin is tagged in and Taven lays in blows. Dustin gets a clothesline and tags in Ross.
Ross and Marshall double team Taven and Ross covers for two. Marshall tags in and they run the ropes with Taven getting a drop-kick. Marshall drop-kicks him and then gives each member of Taven’s team one when they get in the ring as we go to picture in picture.
When we return to full screen, Taven gets a slam on Ross for two. Dustin was given a pile driver on the ramp during the break and is just now getting to the ring. Ross gets a jawbreaker and a kick. Bennett tags in and grabs Ross’s leg as Strong knocks Marshall off the apron. Ross escapes a slam and hits a sling blade and Dustin pulls himself onto the apron and gets the tag.
Dustin runs wild and everyone gets a power slam. Taven gets a bulldog and a destroyer. Bennett gets a cross roads followed by a pile driver for two with everyone breaking it up. We’ve got brawling all around the ring and Dustin is left with Bennett. Bennett gets a spine buster. Taven misses a moonsault, and Dustin gets a rollup for two, broken up by Strong.
Dustin is triple teamed and covered for two with the Von Erichs breaking it up. The brawl outside the ring continues. Strong and Taven grab the tag team title belts and as the ref takes them away, Bennett nails Dustin with a cow bell and covers for two. Strong and Taven start grabbing chairs from under the ring.
Shibata runs to the ring and puts the claw on Taven, Kevin puts one on Strong. Dustin gets a crossroads on Bennett after the Von Erichs double team Bennett, and then Dustin covers for the pin and the win.
