AEW President Tony Khan announced that Dalton Castle will be out for the remainder of 2024 after getting injured on AEW Collision last weekend:

Sadly Dalton will be out of action for the remainder of 2024. Get well soon DC
The nature of the injury was not released but we are told that Castle was legitimately KO'd by a knee strike from Strong, requiring a change to the planned finish of the bout.
