WHY JEFF HARDY WAS STRETCHERED OUT OF TNA TONIGHT, BOUND FOR GLORY, SLAMMIVERSARY DARK MATCH AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2024-07-18 23:14:00

Jeff Hardy was stretchered off TNA TV tonight to explain why he won't be at the Slammiversary weekend events.  Hardy was never advertised for the shows, which are in Canada.  Likely, he is unable to enter the country due to his past issues.

There's been a lot of talk about Bound for Glory being held in the UK or in NYC.  TNA had looked into running the Hammerstein Ballroom for Rebellion before the decision was made to go back to Las Vegas.  In speaking to sources at Hammerstein, they don't have any wrestling events slated for the venue currently.

There's been a lot of credit given to PCO for all his work locally promoting Slammiversary.

Competing in the dark match battle royal at Slammiversary this Saturday are Canadian stars Carl Leduc, Franky Mack, Xander, Firestorm, Jason Gray, Joey Valanetine, Mike Hart, The Green Phantom, Pickton, Keven Gray, Peewee, Marquise Wild Card, Steve Ace, Stan Francisco, Eric Mastrocola, Chase Ironside, Max Lemire, Mathis Myre, Zak Patterson and Yaine Harrison.  The storyline is they they have been invited by PCO to compete.

For those of you attending the PPV:

For those who asked where The FBI went, they were never signed and were on a per date basis.  My guess is they will be back when TNA runs again in the Northeast.

TNA will return to the Verdun Auditorium Sunday 7/21 with their post-Slammiversary Impact on AXS TV taping, featuring:

*TNA Champion Moose vs. PCO.

*TNA X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali vs. Nic Nemeth.

*Jake Something vs. Steve Maclin.

*Masha Slamovich vs. Joddy Threat.
