There will be another departure from WWE shortly.
Kayla Braxton announced she will be exiting the company's broadcast team next week. Her last date with the promotion is 6/28 at Madison Square Garden:
Baxter, real name Kayla Becker, signed with WWE in the Fall of 2016 and initially worked as a ring announcer and host for the WWE NXT brand.
In 2017, Braxton, 33, was moved up to the main roster, debuting as a backstage interviewer at that year's Backlash PPV. She moved on from NXT officially in 2019 and over the course of her WWE run, appeared on both Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown. Most recently, she had been used exclusively on the Smackdown brand as a backstage correspondent and co-host for the FOX series' post-show Smackdown Lowdown.
Braxton was also one of the lead hosts for WWE's weekly talk show The Bump for most of that series' run, exiting this past August to focus on other WWE projects.
Braxton changed her social media accounts in recent days, removing her WWE broadcast name and replacing it with her given name.
