During his appearance on the WWE Clash at the Castle: Kickoff, Drew McIntyre noted that his wife Kaitlyn was currently in emergency surgery in the United States while he is in Scotland.
Given the time difference and the fact he's on the other side of the world, there's no way McIntyre could return back to the States for it, which has to truly suck.
