Wrestling Open Week 127

Spotlight Match: Joe Keys vs The Polish Eagle Stanley Dragowski

It’s been a while since we’ve seen longtime BioPro “student” Stanley but I’m pretty stoked to see Keys here too Joe does not care and just outmuscles our Polish Eagle. Keys is powerful but Stanley keeps on fighting, almost hitting his Polish Hammer. Keys hits the floor. He trips on his way back in and Stanley rolls him up. Dragowski wins! Keys is furrrrrrrious!

Winner: Stanley Dragowski

Match 1: Love Doug (w/ TJ Crawford) vs Isaiah Broner

It’s so weird to see Doug repping Big Business now. He’s even got the black white and silver trunks. He has a hell of a test in Broner tonight. Even his flower petals are silver! Doug fired up. Big crossbody dive but Broner catches him. Big toss right back into the ring. All this is great but it’s not like Doug is lifting this big man. Broner with a ripcord black hole slam. Broner throwing some heavy chops, Doug firing back but they don’t have nearly the leather on them. Big powerslam from Broner. Doug firing back…flying knee! Smooches! Broner with a catch and F5 for two! TJ rallying for Doug hard. Doug can barely stand…he reverses a bomb to a rana! Flying knee! The rebound! Doug puts Broner down for the three!

Winner: Love Doug

Looks like we are about to have our secondary match and Bryce Donovan comes through the SLADE door so this is what we got.

Match 2: Bryce Donovan vs Tate Mayfairs

“Tateness is Greatness” is Tate’s tagline. I think he’s Goan die. Bryce is still taping his wrists and Tate doesn’t wanna wait. This is a bad idea. An annoyed Bryce Donovan boots him and tosses the Brit across the ring before laying in a pummeling around the ropes. Bryce hits the black hole slam but he’s not done. He wants to inflict pain. He starts double choking Tate in the corner. Tate takes the legs out…coast to coast double axe handle?!? Bryce just bombs him on the follow up and lands a shoulderbreaker slam for the win.

Winner: Bryce Donovan

Smart Mark Sterling is out here and says he’s heard that Bryce’s benefactor is someone he KNOWS…Bryce slams the SLADE door in his face. Maybe next week we’ll get that hot scoop.

Match 3: Joseline Navarro vs Megan Bayne

What a hell of a draw poor Jocelyn got in her Wrestling Open debut. Joseline is very confident and really wants a piece of the Megasus…but that doesn’t seem to be a good life choice. Navarro doing a good job of dodging out of some big shots but Megan is landing some big slams and suplexes. Joseline with a basement dropkick…flying clothesline! Bayne tries a F5 but Navarro turns it to a facebuster. Megan with a huge boot. Running clothesline! Bayne catches a body attack and just tosses her. Fallaway slam. Megan is cooking. Joseline with a shotgun…Bayne dodges the charge…flying clothesline! Bow down to the tombstone and the Megasus is victorious!

Winner: Megan Bayne

Allie Katch is out here immediately. Mommy got a mic. “Water is wet, Sky is blue, Megan Bayne wins again”. Allie wants to break that undefeated streak. Allie wants that win. Allie wants another shot. Rich Palladino is in here to tell Katch that she can have her shot…if she beats and opponent of her choosing. Are we headed towards Americanrana with this?

Match 4: GAL vs Pedro Dones

Will Dones get his revenge after GAL ruined his shot against Krule a couple of weeks ago. Dones hits the ring ready to fight but GAL just swarms him. Dones sends him to the floor but gets caught diving, slammed to the apron, big double chop. Pedro is motivated and still swinging and firing up the crowd. Gal with a huge lariat and starts unloading on Dones. Big shots, slams, delay vertical suplex. Dones finally catches Gal sleeping. Diving splash for two! Gal with a chokebomb and powerslam out of the blue for two. Spear connects! Gal is mad and doesn’t want this to end. He pulls Dones up for a second spear and gets a very clean three. The refs have to help Pedro from the ring, he’s looking BEAT.

Winner: GAL

Match 5: Delirious vs Ichiban (w/ Brother Greatness)

Ichiban has a limited vocabulary. Delirious has an infinite vocabulary but nothing he says counts as “words”. Delirious is motionless and Ichiban is CONFUSED. Ring the bell! Delirious comes running and Ichiban is dodging frantically. Delirious muttering like crazy, Ichiban seems to understand. DELIRIOUS SAYS “ONE”!!! Ichiban rambles incoherently, Delirious is thrown off! Ichiban on a roll but Delirious hits a double stomp to the spine!  Both guys landing some wicked chops. This is some gooooood back and forth, firing up the crowd. The energy is getting good. Delirious dodges the Ichiban Kai. Karate strike, Ichiban rebounds and hits the kill shot for the three. This was a blast. Ichiban doing the “belt pose”…who does he have in mind???

Winner: Ichiban

Match 6: Miracle Generation (Kylon King & Dustin Waller)(c) vs Shook Crew (Bobby Orlando & Max Caster) (for the IWTV Tag team Championships)

Orlando going toe to toe with Flash at the start. They get to that point of mutual respect and that’s when Max tags himself in to draw the ire of the crowd. MG with the big combo on the best wrestler alive. King apologizes to Orlando before hitting the corner senton on Caster. Max escapes a German by pulling Bobby. MG with a double superkick but Max ducks and Bobby eats it. Caster with a great popup flapjack to Waller. Caster leaves Dustin in the corner for Bobby to get some shots in but MOM WONT DO IT. Maxine taunts the crowd about tagging his own partner in. Caster won’t give it to us and chooses to stay in. Now Max NEEDS the tag but Bobby is just oddly not quite able to tag. How bout that. King with a springboard dropkick to Platinum max. Caster finally almost dead and Orlando tags in with a double crossbody. Bobby slams all around! AA to Dustin for two! Caster gets back in, Dustin hits the handspring cutter. King off the ropes for two! Bobby taking them both on but Kings in position to hit a tandem powerslam bomb. Chaos at the ropes. Bobby with a rollup. Max pulls Bobby’s arm…Orlando stands up. “I’m not going to cheat!” Caster gets right in his face…Dustin shoves Caster off and rolls up Bobby for the win!

Winners: Miracle Generation

Caster is BIG MAD at Bobby. He throws Bobby Jr at his partner. Max on the mic. He calls Bobby a disappointment to him, to Bryce and to everyone in Worcester. They could have won. Caster tells Bobby off but Mom has the mic now…Orlando is sick and tired of the name calling and bullying. Actions speak louder than words…so next week, Orlando wants a fight with Platinum Max! That’s a mic drop, bish!

Match 7: Ray Jaz vs Big Boofa Dezmond Cole

Ah good, I needed to get some vitriol out tonight.  Jaz with a slap to Boofa and Cole fires right back. Jaz sent to the floor, Boofa with a high speed suicide dive! Jaz catches him in the corner with a wheel kick! Slingshot into the bottom rope. Jaz is eating up the boos. Boofa with hip toss! Jaz with a German throw! Big gutwrench suplexes don’t put Cole away. We hit the one minute mark….Boofa comes flying off the top! Jaz throwing haymakers but Boofa blocks. Capo kick! Vertical suplex! Rolling legdrop! Kick out! Jaz snaps on the Jazmission and Cole struggles through the final ten seconds to get the time limit draw. Jaz does NOT like this and keeps the fight going. Cole is game to keep going and the battle into the back. This ain’t over.

Winner: TIME LIMIT DRAW

Main Event: Big Business (Victor Chase, Julio Cruz & TJ Crawford w/ Big Bacon Brad Hollister & Love Doug) vs Fancy Ryan Clancy, Alec Price & Gabe Skye

Wild 6-man tag to close out this week’s Open. Julio Cruz has a lot to prove after the business decision to add Love Doug to their ranks didn’t go his way last week. Clancy, Price and Skye having their way with the middle managers in the early going. Clancy is finally caught with a big boot from Victor Chase while briefly distracted…and that causes BB’s stocks to surge. Lots of tagging in and out and huge shots on the fancy man. Clancy gets the knees up and avoids a weaponized TJ. Tag to Skye! Double dropkick to the brick boys! Suplex neck breaker combo to Julio but Chase and TJ make the save! Tag to Price. Emergency leg drop! Flying crossbody to Cruz! Knees for everyone…Chase with a one arm bomb to Price on the third knee. Price escapes a AA….superkick to TJ! Price and Clancy stack up the dives on BB! Skye tries to make it a trio but Cruz cuts him off. Doug pulls Cruz off the ropes to make the save but Julio doesn’t read it right and gets in Doug’s face. Skye hits a suicide dive…..frogsplash on Cruz…..kickout! Cruz trying to go for a bomb but Chase and TJ swarm in. Silver bullet kick to Skye into a Buisness is Booming. Price and Clancy get kicked off the apron and Big Business gets the W.

Winners: Big Business

Cruz is still none too happy with Doug. Maybe he’ll watch the tape back? Everyone tries to talk Julio down. Bacon and TJ get Doug to the back before more drama ensues….leaving Brick City in the city for Brother Greatness and Ichiban to hit the ring and confront them….since it’s Brick City vs The Prodigal Sons in the opening round of the Eliminator Cup Tournament starting next week! Brother Greatness points out Brick City’s seeming disfunction as of late. He offers prayers that they get it together for their match next week. Julio and Chase look to leave but maybe Cruz has had enough as he pushes his own partner to the mat before storming out of the room. Brother Greatness says they’ll seem Chase next week…if he still has a partner?
