Spotlight Match: Victor Chase (w/ Julio Cruz) vs The Handyman Jake Gray - Chase just bullies Gray through this whole thing. Julio is frustrated that Chase can’t put the youngin away immediately. Gray trying to rally but Victor just wraps up a beating and puts Jake to sleep. Cruz just berating his partner for taking way too long as they leave, Brick City is crumbling?

Match 1: Max Caster vs Kylon King - A preview of their upcoming IWTV Tag Team Title clash. Max thinks he’s gonna have an easy night against the “worst wrestler on the independents” (which is a hell of a statement considering Steven Stetson EXISTS). Needless to say, Kylon is having his way with Platinum Max through much of this. Caster with a back elbow to the eyes, yikes! Max going full aggressive and taking shots at the knees, ankles and spine of King. Kylon weathers the storm and starts tossing Max around but you can tell he’s hurting. Slingshot Boot for two! Kylon goes for another slingshot but Max dropkicks his knees out! Huge lariat and a neckbreaker for two as we hit the 60-second mark. Max with a blatant eye poke in the corner and spikes King with a ddt for the win.

 Match 2: The Academy (Nick Radford & Thom Alman) vs 50 Cal & CPA - Radford is the “poet laureate of professional wrestler”. He has some erotic poetry about his opponent. I would literally rather hear Bible verses. CPA clearly has Radford’s numbers and he owes the state. Alman is the powerhouse here and used as the wrecking ball to give Nicholas the advantage. Some good tag chemistry between the Academy but CPa and 50 work together to drop Alman. CPA crunches the numbers on Radford the win!

We looks to be going for an Eliminator Cup qualifier but Bryce Donovan comes through the fire door and I guess his meter is running so he’s doing his match now. As has been the case, Bryce is lacing up his boots in the ring and taping up while his opponent arrives.

Match 3: Bryce Donovan vs Sean Legacy - bell rings and Bryce is still taping up. Legacy thinks Bryce isn’t taking this seriously and unloads. Bryce with a huge lariat. Legacy trips up Bryce and sends him out of the ring after a quick double stomp. Donovan upset and tosses a chair. He composes himself through the 9 count and gets back in. Bryce offers a handshake, Sean kicks it away. Legacy coming in hot but Bryce just tosses him off the top to the floor. Bryce assumes it’s over and starts taking off the tape early. Legacy back in but Donovan is just stomping him into paste. Clearly he’s having control issues as Ref Bill has to talk him dow ln several times. As a side note, who IS Bryce’s mysterious and anonymous weekly sponsor? Legacy definitely holding more than his own against Donovan. Springboard dropkick almost ends the night! Bryce hits the black hole slam and transitions to a hell’s gate to put Legacy to sleep. Very competitive match here but where is this going?

 Smart Mark Sterling is out here to interview Bryce and like all of us, he wants to know what is going on? Donovan won’t speak. Sterling asks about the mysterious benefactor…Bryce quietly thanks “my sponsor” and exits. 

Match 4: Notorious Mimi vs Allie Katch - this is just an enjoyable back and forth contest between two fans favorites. Both have their moments but Allie spikes Mimi with a piledriver and gets the W. Not a lot of story to tell in the match…but afterwards, Allie tries to help Mimi up but she gets shoved away. Mimi leaves furious at the loss.

 Match 5: C4 (Cody Chhun & Guillermo Rosas) vs The Church of Greatness (Ichiban & Tyree Taylor w/ Brother Greatness) (Eliminator Cup Qualifier) - great to see C4 back in Worcester after their stellar run in the original IWTV tag title tournament. Ichiban and Tyree have been building great chemistry as a team, showing off a great electric chair twenty punch Goro style combo. Chhun with a quick distract and Rosas takes over. Rosas is small but a powerhouse that can go toe to toe with Taylor. Ichiban takes a beating but Taylor with hot tag. Big man goes wild. Double stack spear in the corner! C4 avoids the noggin knocker and stuns the big man! Popup powerbomb to Tyree! Wow! Ichiban with a blockbuster to Cody to break the pin! Cody eats a chokeslam! Rosas hits a spear on Tyree! This rules. C4 tries to bomb Ichiban but he slips it! Tyree hits the Brooklyn Zoo bomb to Rosas to get the win!

After the match, Brother Greatness acknowledges that the Even Stevens will have it out for them in this tournament. But the Church is ready. Hallelujah? Ichiban says “AMEN” - NEW WORD ALERT!!!

Match 6: Richard Holliday vs Fancy Ryan Clancy (No Rope Breaks) - After two contests where Holliday has stolen the match with the use of the ropes, Clancy is looking for revenge. I like this world where we boo Holliday again. It feels…right. Clancy hits the ring and immediately brawls to the floor. Right through the crowd and Ryan starts laying forearms to the lower back early. Clancy tries to bring him back in but Holliday starts choking him in the ropes, ITS LEGAL! Clancy raging back, there’s nothing fancy about the fight he’s bringing tonight. Holliday tries a backslide with feet in the ropes…Clancy kicks out! Clancy with a crossface, Holliday gets the ropes but NO BREAKS! Holliday tries to beg off and apologize. Clancy comes right in but Richard whips him throat first into the rope. There is something here about Holliday that is making me think about Bryce Donovan for a sec. Holliday laying in a beatdown while he can. Fancy with a high crossbody lays them both out for a reset. Clancy landing shots, neck twist to a flip senton for two! Clancy tries the dropkick…Holliday fakes it out and hits a sitout bomb for two! Holliday dodges a fancy splash, popup neckbreaker for another close call! Holliday trying to end it but Clancy lands the KO dropkick! He takes too long getting to the pin and Holliday rolls to safety. Fighting on the apron, Clancy sent in but a Holliday walks into a side Russian! Clancy applies a sharpshooter! Holliday fights his way to the ropes…he tries to climb free but Clancy drags him back in, sits back in the hold and gets the submission!!!

 Match 7: The Kelllys (Westfield & Grayson) vs The Prodigal Sons (Sammy Diaz & Lucas Chase w/ Brother Greatness) - the Kellys normally dominate with power but Chase is more than their equal, while Sammy is great at using leverage against his bigger foes. The Kellys finally rake the eyes and resort to nefarious means…WAVES & CURLS MUSIC HITS! Huge pop for Worcester and the Kellys are complete distracted! Chase holds a Kelly back while Diaz rolls up the other to get the three! Traevon and Jaelyn chase the Kellys from the ring, swinging a crutch and celebrating their return with the crowd!

It’s time for Big Bacon Brad Hollister to try and clear the air with TJ Crawford after beating Love Doug last week and officially disbanding Shot in the Dark. Brad has been a puppy dog on Twitter all week. Brad says he wants to make things right with Doug and invites him out. This is exceptionally sus. Brad says he thought Doug was a waste of Big Business’ time and he admits he was wrong. Brad says he wants to take the stipulation back. He says they are so talented and should be able to tag wherever they want…IF DOUG JOINS BIG BUSINESS. Theeeeeere it is. Brad says they can get Doug to the next level. He offers a handshake….Julio and Victor hit the ring and takes the mic. TJ is here too! HE IS NOT BIG BUSINESS MATERIAL!!!” Julio just slaps the taste out of Doug. The Cupid fires right back. TJ and Victor break up Doug and Cruz! Brad tells Julio to trust him. Julio wants to fight Doug. Doug wants to fight Julio. Brad makes the match for next week. Julio may not want Doug for Big Business…but he does…and BRAD SAYS that TJ wants Doug in Big Business too. Maaaaaybe.

 Main Event: Krule(c) vs Pedro Dones (for the IWTV Independent Wrestling Championship) - Pedro is a proud dad and a proud teacher and is ready to have a life changing experience against the Atrocity. He should be careful what he wishes for, lest he wind up in a life ENDING experience. But he has definitely EARNED this title match. Worcester is behind him! Krule is unfazed. Pedro getting tossed around but he finally gets his called shot on the champ’s knee. Krule is stunned but easily tosses Dones into off the pin. Krule is dragging that knee behind him as he stalks Dones. Big boot drops the shot caller. Pedro’s trying but Krule keeps coming. The monster twists his knee back into place. Yeeesh! Dones with a kick to the knee again, he comes running, Krule with a chokebreaker to the bad knee! The monster may have hobbled himself! Pedro hits a flying shoulder tackle! Dones trying to capitalize but Krule smashes him down. “Is that all you got???” Yells Pedro as he hits a Samoan drop! Dones breaks a chokeslam with another kick to the knee…short ddt! Pedro runs into a Scorched Earth…Pedro gets swung into Ref Tyler who goes flying! Pedro hits a flying headbutt and gets a visual fall on Krule! But there’s no ref. Pedro winding up…GAL IS HERE AND CLOTHESLINES PEDRO! Krule back to his feet and hits scorched earth as Tyler comes to and counts the three.

GAL left in the ring with Pedro and he cuts the shot caller in half with a spear. Gal eats up the boos and flexes his pecs at the crowd before walking with a smile.
