WORLD RECORD FOR PRO WRESTLING BOUT IN HIGHEST ELEVATION EVER TO BE SET THIS WEEK, MEMPHIS WRESTLING, NEMETH HEADING TO AUSTRALIA, MICHAEL OKU AND MORE

Independent wrestler Dani Mo will be attempting to set a world record this Thursday by competing in a professional wrestling match at the highest elevation for a bout in history.  Tribune Live in Pittsburgh is reporting the bout will take place at “a base camp at Kala Patthar in the Nepali Himalayas in view of and in close proximity to Mt. Everest.  It is situated at an elevation of 18,519 feet above sea level.”  Mo will be in Nepal for a week and the BBC is documenting her bout against Nepalese pro wrestler Bhagawati Khadka (Unika) who is described as a ”a beloved national celebrity in her country” that has appeared on that country’s version of Dancing with the Stars

Australia’s World Series Wrestling have a series of live events this June featuring Nic Nemeth, Elijah, Ash by Elegance, Brian Cage, WSW Womens Champion Stephanie De Lander, WSW World Tag Team Champions The Parea, WSW Australian Champion TJP, and Ryan Nemeth slated to appear.

Buff Bagwell appeared in the ring over the weekend for Memphis Wrestling’s weekly TV.   Kid Kash is slated for their 6/2 taping.  AJ Francis and Enzo Amore will be on their 6/23 taping.  

Michael Oku and Jack Cartwheel are slated for Capital City Championship Combat this Saturday 5/25 in Ottawa.

Jonathan Gresham and Marshall and Ross Von Erich are working for River City Wrestling in San Antonion, Texas this Sunday 5/26.
