PWInsider.com is sad to learn of the passing of Stephen Gebhardt, the co-founder of apparel company RSVLTS, which has created some truly unique and special WWE-licensed shirts as well as lots of other pop culture brands over the last several years. Gebhardt was only 40 and his passing was completely unexpected.
