We begin with a look back at what happened during War Chamber.
Your announcers are Joe Dombrowski and Christian Cole.
Cesar Duran comes out and he asks if the people want violence. He says when he came to this town, there was a thunderstorm that cleaned the air, but then the stench came back when Salina arrived. It smells like a sewer. He has brought a man who has exterminated more luchadores than the pandemic. If he touches you, you will get sick.
Cesar introduces Virus.
We take a look back at Cesar’s challenge to Salina de la Renta for May 11th.
We see footage of Cesar and Salina’s mother talking earlier in the day
Match Number One: CMLL Showcase Match: Virus versus Star Jr.
Before the match, Salina has some words for Virus while Cesar and Star stare each other down.
They lock up and go to a stalemate. Virus with a waist lock and Star with a single leg trip and a take down. Virus with an arm bar and he gets a near fall. Star gets to his head to bridge but Virus with another ear fall. Star with an arm drag to a stalemate. Virus with a hip lock and a take down for a near fall. Virus with a front face lock and Star with an escape and he sets for an STF but Virus counters and gets a rollup on Star but Star bridges to break the count. Virus with a wrist lock and Star with a reversal and arm wringer. Virus kicks Star away.
Virus with a chop and Star chops back. They continue the exchange. Star with a punch and Virus goes down. Star flips over Virus and applies an a bar and take down. Star with a head scissors take down. Star with a clothesline into the corner followed by an Irish whip. Virus sends Star to the apron but Virus misses a kick and Star kicks Virus. Star goes up top and hits a clothesline for a near fall. Virus goes to the floor and Star follows. Virus goes into the other ring and hits a shoulder tackle. Virus with a forearm to the midsection and a drop kick for a near fall.
Virus with a chop and he puts Star on the turnbuckles with more chops. They exchange chops and forearms. Virus with a super Victory Bomb for a near fall. Star with an Irish whip and Virus sends him to the apron. Virus with a chop but Star goes up top. Virus stops Star and they fight on the turnbuckles. They exchange chops. Virus slaps Star when Star asks him to do it. Star with a super rana and a springboard drop kick. Star has Virus in a submission and Virus taps out.
Winner: Star Jr.
We go to MSL with Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Tom Lawlor.
MSL says that Alex is complaining about losing to AJ Francis and you claim it is a conspiracy. You get to face the tag champions tonight.
Tom says they are a fake fight club. Who did they fight? He trained in a cage. Davey was trained by Billy Robinson. You have done nothing. You are living off your association with Don King. He calls Thomas and Kane a farce.
MSL says we will see who hold the titles at the end of the night.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Bill Alfonso is with Matthew Justice.
Bill says everyone is talking about Contra, but what about the return of Bill Alfonso with Matthew Justice. Justice says Bill came here to even the odds in War Chamber. They laid waste to the WTF. Now CONTRA comes after them. If you want to challenge him and Manders, there is only one thing left to do. Buy a ticket and take the ride.
Match Number Two: Budd Heavy versus Brett Ryan Gosselin
Brett throws his jacekt at Budd when the bell rings and he punches Budd. Brett with a running forearm and a running back elbow. Brett hits a short arm clothesline. Brett with a swinging fisherman's suplex for the three count.
Winner: Brett Ryan Gosselin
Joe interviews Brett Ryan Gosselin after his victory.
Brett asks if that is the best that Tampa has. This guy is a stupid overweight slob. MSL says he is the new era of Sports Entertainment. Brett says he is going to get some gold and some fine ass honeys.
Brett attacks Budd as he is taken to the back.
We go to Salina in the back with her mother and she celebrates Star Jr.’s win and she talks about how Bad Dude Tito is going to bring her the World Title. Salina says they should celebrate. Her mother says she wants Salina to take Cesar and grab him by the balls and rip them off. Salina says that is a good idea.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Mistico will face Barbaro Cavernario for the Middleweight title.
Match Number Three: Mr. Thomas and Alex Kane versus Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Tom Lawlor for the MLW Tag Team Championships
Lawlro misses a splash and Thomas with a punch from the apron. Kane with forearms and kicks to Lawlor. Thomas tags in and he knocks Smith off the apron. Kane sends Thomas into Lawlor with ab ak drop and Kane gets a near fall. Kane with an elbow drop for a near fall. Smith hits Kane from the apron and Kane knocks Smith off the apron. Lawlor stops Kane and tags in Smith. Smith with kicks and a leg drop to the midsection. Smith kicks Kane and he applies a step over toe hold and falls to the mat. Smith continues to work on the leg and he has Lawlor help him add pressure. MSL helps him as well. Lawlor tags in and he knocks Thomas off the apron. The referee keeps Thomas out of the ring and Lawlor with a dragon screw leg whip.
Lawlor with a figure four leg lock. Kane gets to the ropes to force a break. Smith tags in and he kicks Kane in the hamstring. Smith with a suplex and he works on the leg but Kane kicks Smith away. Thoma tags in and he punches and kicks Smith and Lawlor. Thomas with a cross body to both men followed by clotheslines to both. Thomas avoids a double clothesline and hits a double clothesline of his own. Thomas with a flip dive onto Smith and Lawlor. Thomas sends Lawlor back into the ring and Kane with a spear.
Kane with a suicide dive to Smith and Thomas hits a slam from a gutbuster position. MSL grabs the title belts and the referee takes one but he gives the other to Lawlor. Thomas goes for a power bomb but Lawlor hits Thomas with the title belt and Lawlor gets the three count.
Winners: Tom Lawlor and Davey Boy Smith Jr. (retain championship)
After the match, Lawlor and Smith attack Thomas but Kane enters the ring with a chair and attacks Lawlor and Smith.
MSL is with Lawlor and Smith and he says they are still tag champs and he still has the new MLW title belt. MSL suggests they bury the hatchet with Court and he says he will call him in the hospital.
Satoshi Kojima and Okumura show up and he wants his title back and they want the tag titles.
Tom and Davey talk about defending the titles against Kojima and Okumura in Chicago.
Zayda says she would rather be in Miami or Orlando, but Tampa?
Match Number Four: Zayda versus Sofia Castillo
They lock up and Zayda sends Sofia to the mat by the hair. Sofia with a waist lok and take down. Zayda tries to slap Sofia but she blocks it and takes Zayda to the mat. Sofia with a wrist lock. Zayda sends Sofia to the mat and gives Sofia a snap mare. Zayda stands on Sofia's hair but Sofia kicks Zayda. Zayda with a snap mare. Sofia with an Irish whip but Zayda sends Sofai to the apron and Sofia with a kick and knee lift. Sofia with a cutter in the ropes. Zayda goes to the floor and Sofia follows her. Sofia sends Zayda back into the ring. Zayda kicks Sofia and hits a Codebreaker in the ropes for a near fall.
Sofia with forearms and Zayda with a rake of the eyes. Zayda with a tornado DDT for a near fall. Zayda chokes Sofia in the ropes. Zyada stands on Sofia's back and stomps on her head. Zayda works on Sofia's back. Zayda kicks Sofia in the corner and trips her in the corner. Zayda with a running hip in the corner. Sofia with punches and Zayda with an Irish whip and a knee in the corner. Zayda with a running boot in the corner. Zayda with a rolling mare and kick to the back. Zayda gets a near fall.
Zayda with a rear chin lock and her knee in Sofia's back. Sofia tries to get back to her feet but Zayda sends her back to the mat and holds on to the rear chin lock. Sofia misses a round kick but hits a kick to the temple. Sofia with a rolling elbow. Both women hit clotheslines and both go down. Sofia with a shoulder tackle and a super kick. Sofia with a running spin kick into the corner. Sofia with a front face lock and sets for a suplex but Zayda counters with a stunner. Sofia gets a near fall. Zayda with an inside cradle but Sofia counters and gets a near fall. Zayda with a rollup for a near fall. Zyda gets another near fall. Zayda has some words for the referee. Zayda says it is over and she sets for I'm Prettier but Sofia escapes. Sofia sets for a Gory Special but Zayda escapes and hits I'm Prettier for the three count.
Winner: Zayda
Akira says when you fall to nothingness and there is nothing around you, you have no purpose. That is when you find your true calling. Jake Crist says the calm before the storm allows you to only be with your thoughts. That is what war is like. Jimmy Lloyd says The Calling has been a thorn in his side, but tonight, it is over. Raven says he started the Calling but he will have to finish it tonight.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Five: Matt Riddle versus Timothy Thatcher in a Non Title Match
Riddle offers his hand and Thatcher refuses and swats hi hand away. They lock up and Thatcher with an arm bar but Riddle gets to the ropes. Riddle with a double leg take down but Thatcher escapes. Thatcher with a waist lock take down into a rear chin lock. Riddle with a waist lock take down and Thatcher with a reversal but Riddle escapes. They go to a Greco Roman knuckle lock but Riddle with a knee and Thatcher with a knee as they go into the corner. The referee pulls Riddle out of the corner to force a break. Thatcher with a European uppercut and a second one.
Thatcher winds up and connects with another European uppercut. Thatcher goes for a single leg carb and he gets Riddle over and stands on the back of Riddle's head. Thatcher with a bow and arrow but Riddle gets to the ropes to force a break. Thatcher reluctantly releases the hold. They go to another knuckle lock and Thatcher with an arm bar. Thatcher with a surfboard and he puts his head in the middle of Riddle's back but Riddle reverses. Riddle with a Lotus Lock and Thatcher gets to the ropes and he goes to the floor to regroup. Riddle with kicks ut Thatcher with a clothesline and he gets a near fall.
Thatcher with an arm bar but Riddle gets Thatcher up on his shoulders. Thatcher escapes and he goes for a Fujiwara arm bar. Riddle gets to the ropes to force a break. Thatcher stomps on the arm and Riddle goes to the floor. Thatcher puts Riddle's arm in the guardrails and he kicks it. Thatcher works on the arm and he takes Riddle to the mat and stomps on the arm. Thatcher puts Riddle's arm on the mat and connects with a knee to the elbow. Thatcher with knees to the ribs. Thatcher with a double wrist lock. Riddle with punches and forearms followed by a jumping knee. Riddle with running forearms into the corner and an exploder. Riddle with a running kick to the head and a back senton for a near fall.
Riddle goes up top but Thatcher stops him with a forearm. Thatcher sets for a butterfly superplex and hits it. Thatcher gets a near fall. Thatcher with a gutwrench suplex and he gets a near fall. Thatcher tries for a cross arm breaker but Riddle locks his arms. Thatcher with European uppercuts and Riddle with chops. They go back and forth with forearms and Riddle has the advantage. Riddle with a German suplex and he goes up top and hits a twisting moonsault for a near fall. Riddle with elbows and Thatcher rolls through and goes for a Fujiwara arm bar. Riddle with a running knee and he gets Thatcher up for Bro Derek and the three count.
Winner: Matt Riddle
After the match, Riddle is interviewed by Joe.
Riddle says he is still undefeated. He says he is winning titles all over the world and he is coming after the MLW World Championship.
Joe says the next opportunity is Battle Riot and he asks if Riddle is going to be involved.
Riddle announces he will be in Battle Riot and he will become the next MLW Champion.
We go to the back and we see CONTRA attacking Richard Holliday.
The feed goes out.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Six: Bad Dude Tito versus Satoshi Kojima for the MLW World Championship
They lock up and Tito backs Kojima into the corner and chops him. They lock up and Kojima with a chop to return the favor. They go face to face and Tito back off and chops Kojima. Tito with a side head lock and a shoulder tackle. Koijma with a hip toss and shoulder tackle. Kojima with a kick and Tito with a back elbow. Tito with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Tito with chops in the corner followed by a clothesline. Tito with another chop and Irish whip but he misses a splash into the corner. Kojima with chops and an Irisih whip followed by a running forearm. Kojima goes up top and Tito with an uppercut to stop him followed by a press slam. Tito kicks Kojima in the head. They exchange forearms.
Kojima with forearms but Tito with a thrust kick and he gets a near fall. Tito with a slam and he goes to the turnbuckles. Tito goes for a frog splash and hits it for a near fall. Tito gets Kojima on his shoulders but Kojima gets to his feet and he hits a DDT. Kojima with a cutter for a near fall. Tito with a rolling elbow and an F5 for a near fall. Tito set sfor a clothesline but Kojima with a lariat for the threee count.
Winner: Satoshi Kojima (retains championship)
We see footage of Davey Boy Smith Jr. being attacked by CONTRA.
We go to commercial.
We are back and we are told that Tom Lawlor was attacked by CONTRA and is in the ICU.
Match Number Seven: War Chamber Match: The Calling (Sami Callihan, Rickey Shane Page, Cannonball, and Talon) versus AKIRA, Raven, Jimmy Lloyd, and Jake Crist
Jake Crist starts off for his team and they have earned the advantage.
Starting the match for The Calling is Sami Callihan.
Sami misses a clothesline and Jake hits him with the trash can a few times. Sami flips off Jake and Jake returns the favor and hits him with the lid. Jake goes to the turnbuckles and Sami swats Jake away as he comes off the turnbuckle. Sami sends Jake through the door and Jake falls to the floor. Sami goes after Jake on the floor. Sami swings the cage door into Jake. Sami puts Jake against the cage and he misses a chop and hits the cage. Sami kicks Jake and sends him into the ring steps. Sami sends Jake back into the cage. Sami grabs a spike and hits Jake in the forehead with it. Sami hits Jake in the forehead again and he licks off the blood. Sami hits Jake with the trash can lid.
Sami gets a chair and he hits a chair on top of Jake. Sami grabs some barbed wire and he slams Jake onto it.
The next entrant is Akira.
Rickey Shane Page and Cannonball attack Akira in the aisle. Page hits Akira with a back elbow and security tell them to go to the back. Sami poses on the turnbuckles and claps. Sami grabs a photo and he punches Jake. They go to the other ring and a referee checks on Akira. Sami gives Jake a paper cut in the hand.
The next entrant is Rickey Shane Page.
Sami sends Jake between the rings and Page throws a chair at Akira as Akira tries to get into the cage. Page grabs a door and he he turns it over so the barbed wire is exposed. Jake punches Page and Sami but Sami rakes the eyes to stop Jake. Page grabs a lid and misses Jake and he hits Sami. Jake with Stundog Millionaire to escape a suplex and Akira drop kicks Page through the door.
The next entrant is Jimmy Lloyd. Jimmy hits Sami and Page with a chair and then he kicks Sami and hits a neck breaker. Jimmy sets up a table in the ring. Page sends Jimmy into the cage and then Sami throws a chair at Jimmy. Page hits Akira with a chair and Sami misses. Akira hits Page and Sami with the chair. Akira throws chairs at Page and Sami. Jake throws a chair at Sami. Akira chokes Page while Jake sends Sami into a chair in the turnbuckles.
The next entrant is Cannonball.
Cannonball heads butt Akira and Lloyd and then he gives Lloyd a double underhook piledriver. Page throws a trash can at Lloyd. Cannonball spins around and Page chops Akira. Akira is put on the table and Cannonball climbs the turnbuckles and hits a back senton onto Akira through the table. Page hits Lloyd with a chair.
The next entrant is Raven.
Page kicks Akira and Jake. Raven hits Page with a kendo stick and he does the same to Sami and Cannonball. Akira gives Raven a chair and he gives Cannonball a drop toe hold onto the chair. Raven with punches to Page and he slams his head against the cage. Lloyd hits Sami with the endo stick and connects with forearms to the back. Raven hits Cannonball with the trash can. Sami hits Lloyd with a bucket.
The final entrant is Talon.
The War Chamber begins.
Jimmy hits Cannonball with a chair. Page with a running knee to Raven's midsection in the turnbuckles. Talon with forearms to Akira and Lloyd. Talon punches Akira. Talon with a spinning heel kick to Akira and he rakes the back. Sami grabs Lloyd and brings him into the other ring. Jimmy blocks a suplex onto the chair and Jimmy with forearms. Jimmy is caught by Sami and Sami with an exploder onto the chair. Sami punches Lloyd. Talon sends Akira into the turnbuckles and Akira with a head scissors and punches. Akira puts a trash can between Talon's legs and he gets a cinder block and throws it at the trash can. Cannonball hits Akira with a sack and Raven hits Cannonball with a trash can. Sami rakes Raven's eyes. Cannonball pours thumbtacks onto Akira.
Talon with a head butt to Raven. Sami hits Raven with the trash can and then he sends Raven's head into the bottom of the trash can. Lloyd sends Cannonball onto the thumbtacks. Akira goes up top and hits a cross body onto everyone. Lloyd gets a door. Page is hit in the head with a trash can by Raven. The door is put between the rings in the middle rope. Sami throws thumbtacks at Lloyd and Page and Sami hit a double release suplex through the door. Page throws a trash can at Akira. Sami and Talon go to the floor and get a table to bring into the cage. A board is also brought into the cage.
Page sets up the table and Sami throws some chairs into the other ring. Chairs are put on top of the table and a board is put on the chairs. Page and Sami try to suplex Akira onto the structure and Akira with knees to escape. Akira hits Sami and Page puts the door on top of Akira while he hangs on the table. Page with a back senton through the door ad and table but Akira moves. Akira with a DDT and he applies a crossface with the kendo stick in his mouth. Lloyd hands Akira barbed wire and Page taps out.
Winners: Akira, Raven, Jimmy Lloyd, and Jake Crist
After the match, Akira takes the mic and he says he said The Calling is dead. He says he believes in simple things. He believes in blood, guts, wrestling, and Major League Wrestling.
Akira thanks everyone for coming to the show. He says they ain't stopping and MLW is on the rise. He thanks everyone for believing in them, every step of the way. Believe in wrestling and follow the Akira way.
