GULAK OFF NXT TV, BRIGGS INJURED, STEEL CAGE MATCH NEXT WEEK AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2024-04-10 00:04:00

Drew Gulak, who was namechecked by Ronda Rousey last week for alleged inappropriate conduct backstage, was not part of The No Catch Crew on WWE NXT and his name was removed from the entrance video for the group.  He is still listed on WWE.com but obviously this doesn't look good on the surface.  Gulak responded on Twitter, "Backstage at a WWE event in 2022, I saw Ronda talking with a group in the hallway. I stopped to say hi and shake all their hands, and in an attempt to shake her hand, I accidentally touched her drawstring. Complete accident, and one that I had apologized to her for the mishap."

The main event for the 4/23 WWE NXT Spring Breakin' Week One on the USA Network will be WWE NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov vs. Trick Williams.

It was noted that Josh Briggs suffered two cracked ribs at Stand and Deliver 2024 over the weekend.

Set for next week's WWE NXT is a steel cage match with Trick Williams vs. Carmelo Hayes, Noam Dar vs. Dijak, Sol Ruca vs. Lola Vice, Ridge Holland vs. Joaquin Wilde and more.
