Your winner, Jake Something!
Solid match with a lot of action. Slater is pretty dazzling on his offense. They pretty much told the story that Something was the monster here, foreshadowing his win.
Something vs. Mustafa Ali at TNA Rebellion on 4/20 in Las Vegas. Ali did not look happy about that development.
They aired a vignette where Dirty Dango knocked wrestling, the Internet and claimed that he lost to Josh Alexander last week because his boots came untied. He claimed Alpha Bravo and Oleg were holding him down like two anchors. Oleg didn't like that. Dango complained he doesn't listen and that's why he lost to Josh. Oleg walked off. Dango said he made Oleg.
Gia Miller wanted an explanation as to why Rich Swann turned last week. AJ Francis said she will get it next week but they'll do it in the ring.
Deaner came out in street clothes. He said he hasn't been himself the last few years and all those decisions the last few years have led to failure. He placed the blame of that failure on a lot of people but it was actually him. The wrong decisions were all his fault. The best decision he ever made was falling in love with pro wrestling at five years old. The fans know what he's talking about because they have that passion too, but he lost it. Deaner said he needs to get it back but needs the help of the fans. He's not making the decisions anymore. They are in the hands of the fans. It's the People's Choice.
The Grizzled Young Vets came to the ring. They said the fans offer nothing to society and he offers nothing to pro wrestling. He is wasting their time so leave so the professionals can go work. Deaner teased leaving but stopped and said he made a promise to the fans. They don't get to decide if he leaves, the fans do. The fans told him not to leave. The GYV told him if he didn't leave he would regret it. He said the people have spoken and started brawling with them but was overwhelmed. The Time Splitters hit the ring and made the save, taking out the GYVs and knocking them to the floor. The referee regained control and the match officially started.

He went for the Hoverboard Lock but it was blocked. The GYVs hit double-team Sliced Bread #2 but he kicked out. The Splitters set up for their version of the Dream Sequence with a KUSHIDA cartwheel into a dropkick. The Splitters nailed double kicks in the corner. Tom Hannifan went to an Alexander Hammerstone sit-down interview. He said his signing was a long time in the making. He was told in 2018 that he wasn't ready after wrestling on Xplosion, which put a chip on his shoulder so he traveled the world beating everyone. There were some who said he was a big fish in small pond. He was happy when Josh Alexander accepted his challenge. He was excited and prepared and confident. Hannifan reminded him he lost and Hammerstone wasn't happy. He said he had Alexander beaten but he rolled out of the ring as a coward, so he still considers it a victory. He did win at Sacrifice but he hit a low blow. He was fast tracking his way to the top. He doesn't have to show he's the better wrestler, just smarter and took the victory. He wanted to break his spirit and confidence. He's got Josh's helmet to remind him of his victory. He walked off. Good segment!

PCO went to the top for a moonsault, but Kon came out to the ring carrying a number of weapons. He tossed several of them into the ring so PCO dove over the ropes with a tope con hilo. PCO beat him with a trash can over and over. He pulled out a group of chairs and began setting them up to use them as a weapon but Steve grabbed him and raked his face. Kon elevated PCO and slammed him through those chairs. That bump was evil. Kon tossed PCO back in and rolled him up, scoring the pin.

It's something to be proud of. He said Moose has the biggest target in the world on him and their business is not done, but Frankie Kazarian - he had better watch what he wished for. He wanted Young's attention and now he has it, and he made a grave mistake. He challenged Kazarian to a Full Metal Mayhem match at Rebellion.

He said he made his intentions clear on day one - he was going to be TNA Champion but no matter what he's done, he wasn't going to disrespect the men and women in the locker room. He was going to earn it. Steve Maclin stepped to him and said he was going to run Nemeth out of TNA, but he was going to be here to stay. He said he was going to wait and find his moment until the world was clamoring for him to get his shot, but Moose couldn't wait and now, because of his actions, he now has a title shot at the PPV. He said he was going to walk out champion but The System came out. Moose said the one thing Nemeth has never been able to beat in his career is The System.
