FROM CASUAL BETTOR TO HIGH ROLLER: TOP TIPS TO BET LIKE A PRO

Before moving on to the article's topic, you first need to understand who cappers are. Cappers are sports analysts and professionals in sports betting. That is, for them, betting is not entertainment but a way to take a break from the hustle and bustle with the opportunity to also win money, but their main income.

Most often, cappers give their advice on sports disciplines and forecasts for matches for a fee. They analyze the probability of winning, for example cricket odds, according to many parameters: strengths and weaknesses of the participants, physical and psychological state, matches played before, quality of the field, weather, and so on. That is, this is a complex analysis and calculation of many probabilities, which allows the capper to give fairly accurate match results. To become a professional in this field, you need to follow important rules.

Gambling has no place in betting

If you want to make money in sports, then, as experienced players advise, discard the excitement. In this matter, all you need is a cold and accurate calculation of all probabilities. The danger of gambling is that the player, having lost the bet, tries to win back on emotions. Even if he had previously controlled himself and made an accurate bet, a loss can deprive him of his cold mind and force him to act rashly. The most dangerous is gambling in express bets (several bets on several different events, where all bets must win for the bet to pass), as if in regular totals (a bet on a specific event, for example, more or less than three goals scored in a match) or bets on exact score (for example, three goals in a match) you, relying on luck, lose only one bet, then in an express bet you will lose the entire series.

Minimum express trains

And indeed it is. As we mentioned above, a parlay is a series of bets combined into a total bet. To win, each bet must be played. As an example, you bet on football, an express bet on three matches between teams A and B, B and D, D and E. Bets on matches between teams A and B and C and D have played out. You are already rubbing your hands in anticipation of money, but here teams D and E did not play as you bet. In the end, all bets are off. Therefore, even experienced cappers do not place bets on express bets with more than three matches. If you want to make money on sports, bet on the over/under totals. Such bets allow you to earn money without requiring in-depth analysis like express bets. An example of a larger total: a football match, teams A and B are playing, the odds are 1.8:2.6. You have chosen a total over, in which team A will score more than two goals in a match, and the odds for this event are 1.4 since the probability of such an outcome is high. Team A scores three goals - your bet wins.

Organize your bank wisely

Professionals generally set aside 30 or 40% of their earnings for their betting bank to ensure that their bets do not empty their funds. Usual players are advised to set aside 10 or 15% of their income for the bank to maintain financial stability. The bank represents the sum reserved for betting activities. It is divided into separate portions, for different types of bets or accumulators. So beginners are advised to limit their bank allocation to no more than 10% of their earnings to minimize risk. Moreover, to safeguard against losing the bank on a bet it's recommended to split it into 5 or 10 equal parts ensuring you have funds remaining for future wagers in case of a loss.

These suggestions will increase your chances of winning and prevent you from spending all your money in one go. Take the time to analyze the situation and then make bets.
