Spotlight Match: Post Game (Vinny Talotta & Mike Walker) vs Brett Mettro & Draeger

I get that Mettro and Draeger are Bio Pro students but this is a confusing team. I don’t wanna see Brett get beat up…but boy am I happy to see Draeger get beat up. Post game is the definite babyface here. Draeger trying to be to show Mettro how it’s done and refusing to tag out. Finally Brett gets sick of it and jumps off the apron. Normally, this would be a heel af move BUT Draeger does deserve it. Post game hits the Walk of Shame for the three. Brett finally tags in while Draeger is looking at the lights. Fantastic.

Winner: Post-Game

Match 1: Gabby Forza vs Paris Van Dale

Paris thinks she’s famous. Gabby’s power says otherwise. Paris has to cheat and that is the only way she gets an advantage. She tries to grab Gnomie’s garden gnome as a weapon but Kennedi Hardcastle steals it away. Gabby hits a spear for the three. Hahahahahahha!

Winner: Gabby Forza

Match 2: CPA vs Dante Drago

The loser of this has to leave “Percy Ryan Industries”. This sounds like a win-win for CPA to me. Dante Drago is showing what we’ve missed while he’s been away. CPA takes his shirt off. Dante clearly hasn’t learned anything as he falls victim to ALL of the gimmicks. Near fall for Drago with a rebound lariat. He tries again but CPA crunches the numbers and gets the three. 

Winner: CPA

Match 3: Ray Jaz vs GAL

We might be 40 miles east of Worcester but that  doesn’t mean I don’t have toxic levels of vitriol for one Raaaaaayyyyyymond Jaz. we are here to see Ray Jaz get beat up and lose. Gal is doing his damndest to beat up Jaz. But ray jaz is ray jaz and of course he blocks a suplex into the ring and reverses to a backslide pin for the three.

Winner: Ray Jaz

Match 4: Brad Baylor vs Pedro Dones

Pedro wants to swipe right at n Baylor’s dumb head. Good back and forth fight here but Baylor gets a roll up for the win after a hard hitting contest. This was a fun match but there was DEFINITELY a “who’s hotter” argument happening behind me. I THINK Pedro won that contest once they found out more about him. 

Winner: Brad Baylor

Match 5: The Kellys ( Grayson & Westfield) & Elle Valentine vs The Hispanic Mechanics (Jos A & Jos B) & Clara Carreras

I’m doing a bad job of doing recap. This is a blast. La Fiesta is a true joy. Kelly’s and Elle are trying to be powerhouses but THE PARTY IS TOO MUCH. Clara hits a powerbomb out of the corner on Elle for the win.

Winners: La Fiesta

Match 6: Ichiban (w/ Brother Greatness & Lucas Chase) vs Steven Stetson (w/ Hammer Tunis) 

Brother Greatness might have just cut the best promo of his life…then again we REALLY REALLY REEEEEAAAAALLLLLLLLLLY hate the motherf***ing Stetson Ranch. Ichiban is flipping and flying and showing how he held the Wrestling Open Title for so long. This is great. Back and forth. Ichiban SHOULD win this but Hammer Tunis pulls Steve out of the ring before the time expires. Wrestling Open officials hate this and restart the match as a tag team match. The Ranch tries to bail but the Church says HELLLLLLLL NO.

Match 6: The Stetson Ranch (Hammer Tunis & Steven Stetson) vs The church of greatness (Lucas Chase & Ichiban) 

This should be a kind of cathartic holla holla holla moment but Ichiban is getting pummeled for 4 minutes. Finally a tag to Chase! The Cure is running wild! We hit ten seconds left again as Ichiban slides in and hits an Ichiban Kai on Stetson. Lucas rolls up a distracted Tunis for the win! 

Winners: The Church of Greatness.

Main Event:  Big Business (Big Bacon Brad Hollister, TJ Crawford, Victor Chase & Julio Cruz) vs Fancy Ryan Clancy, Marcus Mathers & Miracle Generation (Dustin Waller & Kylon King)

Kylon King immediately tells he is not cleared to compete. JERMAINE MARBURY IS HERENWITH BENNY THE BASKETBALL TO TAKE HIS PLACE. This is a blast. Marbury with an ankle breaker to Bacon and TJ and they fall into a 69 for a double splash. The FORMER Wrestling Open tag champs make him pay for that. Benny chanting for D FENCE. Like three people land on the floor in my corner and casually dodge the whole thing. I might be too used to this. lol. Clancy stuck in the corner getting a beatdown. Marcus finally in to show his stuff and he’s just ROLLING. Biiiig dive to all of big business! Citter for Julio for two as he almost wins the whole match himself. Kick out! All the babyfaces gang up on Julio but they can’t put him away. Marbury eats a double Worlds strongest slam but kicks out. Huge waterfall of big hits! The chaos ends as Brick City hits Mathers with Business is Booming for the win!

Winners: Big Business 

The babyfaces get a measure of revenge against BB, hitting a quadruple stunner on them! They bring in Benny the Basketball to soak in some cheers before we close out the afternoon!
