I remember Virgil cornering me for 15 minutes in a hotel lobby to tell me that when he first got to WWE they invested 300 million dollars into his character and that he was going to be world champion but it never panned out. He always had a crazy story every time I saw him. RIP

I met Virgil when I was 12 years old at a convention in New Jersey. He followed my mom and I around and gave us multiple signed 8x10s. He wrote his number on the back of one and told my mom he’s returning to WWE soon and she should call him.

My main job the day of GCW Hammerstein was his personal handler. He told me so many amazing, ridiculous stories & was just a joy to be around.
