KEVIN NASH WON'T BE AT STING'S RETIREMENT, BOOKER T HEALTH UPDATE AND MORE

On the latest edition of his podcast, Kevin Nash noted that Sting invited him to his retirement match at the 3/3 AEW Revolution PPV but Nash had to decline due to his contractual obligations to WWE.  Nash noted he asked for permission but it was turned down.

WWE's Friday Night Smackdown will be preempted this Friday in Birmingham, Alabama until 11:05 PM local time.    The series airs in that market in WBRC FOX channel 6, which will be airing the Nick Saban Legacy Awards that evening at 7 PM local time.  So, Smackdown will air a few hours after.

Booker T noted on his podcast he is about a week or so away from returning to his WWE NXT duties after having a surgical procedure:
