THE UNITED WRESTLING NETWORK KICKS OFF 2024 WITH TV TAPING TODAY

The United Wrestling Network kicks off 2024 tonight.  The promotion issued the following in support of the taping:

The United Wrestling Network will resume taping TV on 1/14 in Long Beach, California.  After taping its Championship Wrestling weekly television program at the Irvine Improv for over a year, UWN will return to Infinite Reality Studios (formerly Thunder Studios) in Long Beach, CA for the 1/14 taping and beyond.  The Long Beach location was the home of UWN's weekly pay-per-view series PrimeTime Live during the pandemic.  This time around, fans will be in attendance.  The Irvine Improv will house non televised UWN live events in upcoming months.  The following is scheduled for the 1/14 Long Beach taping:

• UWN World Champion Danny Limelight Vs. Pretty Peter Avalon: This match celebrates the 15 year history of the United Wrestling Network as Limelight, the longest reigning UWN World Champion in history takes on Avalon, who had the longest reign as the UWN Heritage Champion (672 days).  Avalon also competed in the very first match in Championship Wrestling program history, taking on Colt Cabana.
• Willie Mack vs. Will Allday
• Zicky Dice in action
• UWN World TV Champion Jack Banning will defend his Title
• Jordan Cruz vs. Ju Dizz
• UWN Tag Team Champion Che Cabrera vs. Former UWN Tag Team Champion Flex McCallion
• J-Rod, Savanna Stone, Zyra and more in Women's Division action
• Evan Daniels vs, Mikey O'Shea
• UWN debut of Buck Skynyr
• In ring return of Levi Shapiro, teaming with Wild West
• Dylon Bostic in action + more

Former AEW TNT and Tag Team Champion Scorpio Sky will be on hand for a special meet and greet.  Sky has a long history with UWN, where he held the UWN TV Title multiple times.
