TMart Promotions have announced that former NWA United States Women's Champion Misty Blue Simmes will be making her first ever pro wrestling convention appearance at The Gathering V in Charlotte, NC this summer as part of the weekend's Superticket VIP Guests.
Superticket guests for the weekend thus far will be Marty Janetty, The Glamour Girls, The Jumping Bomb Angels, Rod Price, Brian Adias, Jack Victory, John Tatum, John Nord, Raven, Heidi Lee Morgan. Simmes and Wendi Richter.
As previously noted, the weekend will be celebrating World Class Championship Wrestling and the USWA with Von Erich, Brian Adias, Jack Victory, John Nord, Missy Hyatt and Rod Price also announced as attending.
The Von Erich family will also be honored at the weekend's annual banquet dinner. The late Angelo Mosca Sr. will be honored as part of the banquet dinner by his son, former Mid-Atlantic star Angelo Mosca Jr.
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley has been added as a vendor guest as well and will be doing a photo-op with former WCW tag team partner Maxx Payne
Former WWF rivals for the Women's Tag Team Championship The Glamour Girls, Leilani Kai and Judy Martin, will reunited with The Jumping Bomb Angels, Itsuki Yamazaki and Noriyo Tateno at the The Gathering V as well as all four will be signing and doing photo-ops together for the first time ever.
Kevin Von Erich will be doing a Q&A Session as part of the weekend.
Vendor guests include Von Erich, Foley, Missy Hyatt, Maxx Payne, Jimmy Valiant, former WWE Hardcore Champion Bobcat (aka the Hardcore Ho), former WWE referee Mike Cioda and Angelo Mosca Jr.
