COMPLETE AEW DYNAMITE IN TEXAS REPORT

It's Wednesday! And the stars at night are big and bright, Deep in the heart of Von Erich country!  Winter is coming!  AEW Dynamite is live and on the air. Taz, Excalibur and Tony Schiavone are on the call of tonight's action.

Samoa Joe comes to the ring in street clothes. He introduces himself and Dallas is happy to see him. He wants answers regarding what happened last week.  He noticed last week that the beer bottle strewn about near where MJF was last week was the same brand belonging to Hangman Adam PAge.

Hangman Page comes out.

Page tells Joe to just spit the accusation out and be a man about it. Roderick Strong comes out with the Kingdom. He calls Page a young boy. Strong presents logic into the equation and infers that MJF is the Devil. Page punches Strong. Referee Aubrey Edwards comes in and it's announced that the forst match will begin.

Page with chops to Strong, kick by Roddy. Page with 2 punches and a stomp in the corner. Chop by Page. Back elbow by Strong. Fallaway slam and a standing shooting star by Page for 2. Chops by Page. Strong chops back and stomps Page in the corner. Backbreaker by Strong for 2. Page with a boot to the face.  Kneedrop for 2 by Strong. Springboard clothesline by Page into a tope.  Page with a moonsault attempt but the Kingdon intervene and stop him (referee was distracted). Backbreaker by Strong as we go to commercial.

As we return it's Strong with an armbar. Page escapes and they trade punches and forearms. Double clothesline and both men are down! Strong gets up first and now they trade punches. Page stomps him to the mat. Death Valley Driver for 2.  Running boot to the fave by Page. Page bites Roddy's head. Page punches Strong and misses a moonsault. Page hits a pop up powerbomb for 2. Strong avoids the deadeye. Enziguiri by Strong into a pancake for 2. 

Tiger Driver for 2 by Strong. Stronghold by Strong. Page makes the ropes. Hangman clothesline by Page. Pahe moonsaults Bennett and then moonsaults both members of the Kingdom. Rollup by Page for 2. Knee strike by Strong. Deadeye by PAge for the pin.

Continental Classic Blue League: Brody King vs. Andrade El Idolo

Lockup, King gets the edge. Shoulder block, headlock by Idolo. King has a hard time shaking him off. Takeover by Idolo. Idolo maintains the headlock.  Back suplex by King, Idolo keeps the headlock. Kinh shakes him off and nails a shoulder block and a senton. Forearms and chops by King. We have an exchange of chops. Forearms by King. Choke by King, Andrade clotheslines him on the top rope. Cross Body for 1 by Idolo. Action spills to the floor and we have a moonsault by Idolo. Idolo scores a 1 back in the ring. Kick by Idolo. Forearms by Idolo. King chops Idolo to the floor as we go to commercial.

As we return, it's a chop exchange. Dropkick by Idolo. Dragon Screws by Idolo. Flying forearm by Idolo.  Idolo fires up. King misses a lariat and Andrade nails a slam. Moonsault for 2 by Idolo.  Big lariat for 2 King. Cannonball by King for 2. They trade chops.  Boot to the face by Idolo. Forearm by King. Back elbow by Idolo.  Chops by Idolo. Forearm by King. King gets driven into the exposed buckle. Hammerlock DDT by Idolo for the pin.

Renee Paquette is with the Von Erichs. Danhausen, Orange Cassidy and Trent show up. Cassidy asks them to partner up on Friday for Rampage. They accept.

Kenny Omega comes out, followed by Chris Jericho.  We see a replay of the attack by AEW Tag Team Champions Big Bill & Ricky Starks. JEricho calls the champs out and they oblige.  Starks questions Omega as to if he can trust Jericho. Omega says he doesn't trust Jericho.  Omega also points out how Big Bill has failed continuously.  The Golden Jets say they'll cash in their title shot at World's End. 

Starks reminds us that he's beaten Jericho twice.  Jericho tries to name the team since Starks and Bill don't have one.  He throws some names out, no gonna lie, this isn't working. Jericho invokes Enzo Amore. Starks calls them scumbags. Isn't that MJF's thing?

The segment mercifully ends.

We see highlights of Adam Copeland vs. Edge.

Toni Storm comes out to hopefully save this show. She joins the booth.

Ruby Soho vs. Riho

Lockup. Knee strike by Soho. Body slam by Soho for 2.  Running knee by Riho for 2. Rollup and a stomp by Riho. Back elbows by Riho into a double stomp as we go to commercial.

We're back. Flying head scissors into a 619 by Riho. Cross body for 2 by Riho. They trade rollups. Side kick by Soho into a Saito suplex for 2.  Running forearm by Riho into a crucofix bomb for 2. Riho misses a stomp and a no future for 2 by Soho. Back elbow by Soho. Guillotine by Soho. Northern Lights into a dragon suplex by Riho. Running double knees by Riho and she scores the pin.

We see a video package on Wardlow. 

Continental Classic Gold League: Rush vs. Jay Lethal

Chops by Lethal. Haven't seen those tonight. They avoid each other. Now they exchange chops.  Lethal struts. Snap German and a knee by Rush. Lethal to the floor. Rush follows. Rush with a toss into the table and, you guessed it, chops. Rush with kicks in the corner. Rush poses. Powerslam for 2 by Rush.

They trade chops. Lethal combination by Lethal. Rollup by Rush for 2. Chops by Rush.  Belly to belly by Rush. Superkick by Lethal. He misses the Lethal Injection and Rush chokes him out.

Running dropkick by Briscoe followed by CHOPS. Rollup for 2 and a boot to the face by Briscoe. Fireman carry takedown into a Froggy Bow. White rolls to the floor. Briscoe follows. CHOP by Briscoe. Karate thrust by Briscoe. Back in the ring CHOP by Briscoe. Choke by Briscoe. Exploder by White and he tosses Briscoe from the ring. Whote send him into the rail. Karate thrust by Briscoe. Dropkick by White into a DDT by White for 2 as we go to commercial.

We're back and White has a chinlock. They trade forearms. Knee by White countered into a backdrop. Kick by White. Lariat by Briscoe. Redneck Kung Fu by Briscoe followed by CHOPS. Flying forearm by Briscoe. Elbow drop by Briscoe for 2. CHOPS by White, CHOPS by Briscoe. Kick by White. CHOP by Briscoe. Razor's edge by Briscoe for 2. Dragon screw by White. The crowd is on fire at the outset and we see some mat wrestling to start. Moxley kisses Swerve in the corner. Grappling now, we get a kiss from Swerve. Lockup, hammerlock by Moxley. Headlock by Swerve. Headscissors by Swerve. Moxley takes a walk. They trade forearms. And there's CHOPS by Moxley, followed by a CHOP form Swerve. DDT by Swerve for 2.  Action spills to the floor where Swerve punches him. Swerve shoves his boot into Moxley's throat.  Back in the ring it's a Moxley lariat followed by 9 punches. Moxley bites Swerve's arm and hits a piledriver for 2. They fight to the floor and Swerve gets crotched on the apron.  Swerve gets sent into the steps as we go to commercial.

We are back and it's Moxley working the fingers. Swerve with a punch but Moxley nails a clothesline for 2. Punch into a backbreaker by Swerve. Double elbow by Swerve. Elbow to the back on the head by Swerve. CHOP by Swerve. Arm drag by Moxley into a cutter for 2.  Gotch piledriver for 2 by Moxley. Headbutts by Moxley into leg kicks. Flatliner by Swerve. Suplex by Swerve. Moxley with a surge of adreneline. Superkick for 2 by Swerve. Stomps by Swerve. House call by Swerve. Swerve to the top, Moxley tosses him to the floor. Back in the ring, we get a curb stomp by Moxley for 2 at the 15 minute mark. Moxley tries a choke but gets the cross armbreaker instead. Swerve makes the rope. Moxley walks outside and Swerve nails a tope and a swerve stomp. Back in the ring, Swerve stomp for 2. Moxley with a rollup for the pin.
