During a pre-show meeting with talent, MLW head Court Bauer stated the promotion would be running more often in 2024 and would be returning to new and old markets. There's been talk of late of more events in Florida for 2024. The promotion had been running about once a month for most of 2023.
Alexander Hammerstone finished up last night in New York City with an absolutely great match against Jacob Fatu. The match will air on 12/24 as part of MLW's "Holiday Rush" broadcast. That match was far and away the best bout on the taping in my opinion.
The 1/6/24 Kings of Colloseum PPV on FITE+ will be headlined by MLW Champion Alex Kane vs. Richard Holliday, who returned last night as a member of the World Titan Federation.
Hammerstone commented on his exit, writing:
Last night was my last event under my current contract.

American Idol finalist Alyssa Wray appeared last night to perform America The Beautiful. Wray being brought in was a Stephen DeAngelis connection. While most in wrestling know DeAngelis as a ring announcer, he's been a renowned casting director and producer in theater and commercial circles for decades, well before he was ring announcing.
MLW is relaunching their old MLW Radio in January.
No update to report on the MLW vs. WWE lawsuit as of this writing.
