We take a look at a fight between Roxanne Perez and Kiana James yesterday at the Performance Center.
Match Number One: Thea Hail versus Kiana James versus Roxanne Perez versus Fallon Henley in a Last Chance Qualifying Match for the Iron Survivor Match
Perez goes after James at the bell rings and then Kiana with forearms to Hail. Fallon with a waist lock and Kiana sends Fallon into Perez. Fallon and Thea with a double shoulder tackle to James and Kiana goes to the floor.
We see Lyra watching in the back and she has a watcher of her own.
We get a triple test of strength and Perez with a kick to Fallon and then Fallon and Perez with a wrist lock on Hail but Hail with a double wrist lock take down. Hail with a rollup on Perez and Fallon with a rollup. Hail with a rollup for a near fall. Fallon with a body scissors on Hail for a near fall. Fallon with a rollup on Hail for a near fall. Perez with a victory bomb to Fallon for a near fall. Hail runs into a boot from Perez.
Perez goes up top and James knocks Perez off the turnbuckles. Hail knocks Kiana of the apron. Hail sends Fallon to the floor. Hail with a drop toe hold to Kiana and Fallon with a punch to her. Perez punches Fallon and Perez with a forearm to James. Hail with a suicide dive to Perez but Fallon with a forearm to Hail. James punches Fallon. James kicks Perez and hits her in the back with her bag. James sends Perez into the ringside barrier. James with a forearm to Hail and she sends her back into the ring. Fallon is sent into the ring post by James. Kiana with knees to Hail's midsection and a kick for a near fall. Kiana has some words for Fallon but she turns around and Thea with punches and a head butt to the midsection. Kiana catches Thea on a cross body and she knocks Fallon out of the ring using Thea. Kiana with a slam to Thea for a near fall.
Kiana with elbows to the collarbone of Hail. Kiana sends Thea into the turnbuckles. Kiana sends Thea to the mat by the hair and gets a near fall. Kiana with a rear chin lock on Hail. Thea gets to her feet and she takes Kiana down with a snap mare and a kick to the knee. Hail with a flying swinging neck breaker to Kiana. Fallon with a drop kick to James. Fallon with a splash to Kiana and she puts Thea on the turnbuckles. Kiana sets for a superplex but Kiana comes under and hits a power bomb while Kiana hits the superplex. Perez with a cross body to Kiana and a drop kick. Perez with an uppercut and forearms to Kiana. Perez with a Thesz Press and punches. Perez with a back heel kick to Fallon and Kiana pulls Perez off Fallon when Perez tries for Pop Rox. Perez with a pendulum kick to send Kiana to the floor.
Perez pulls off the hood of the announce table and then she sends Vic's candy off the table into peril. Kiana stops Perez and she tries to slam Perez onto the table. Perez escapes and she sends Kiana into a chair. Kiana punches Perez and goes onto the ringside barrier. Perez gets up as well. Perez with forearms and both fall through the announce table. Meanwhile, back in the ring, Hail with an O'Connor Roll for a near fall. Fallon with a running boot for the three count.
Winner: Fallon Henley
Ilja Dragunov arrives at the building.
Kelly Kincaid is with Lyra Valkyria and she asks who she thinks will win the Iron Survivor Match.
Lyra says she is looking forward to the match.
Lola Vice shows up with Elektra Lopez and she says she can cash in her contract at any time.
Lyra says she is ready at any time.
Tatum Paxley tells Lola to be careful.
Wes Lee is in the back and he is on crutches.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Wes Lee is in the ring.
Wes says we are four days away from Deadline and he was imagining smacking Dom all over the arena, hearing that one, two, three and then the announcement that he was the new North American Champion. Unfortunately, it won't be happening that way. He says he does not say this out of uncertainty or doubt. One on one, Dominik Mysterio cannot handle him. The same heart that will take on any opponent under any circumstance and the same heart that all of you supported week in and week out to do things he never thought he could. He says that support won't help him now. It won't bring back the feeling to his legs. It will not eliminate the excruciating pain he feels standing in the ring. He says it will take surgery and time. He says he does not know when you will see him again, but as he rose from the ashes to be one of the best NXT Champions, he will return to further cement his legacy as one of the best to do this.
Wes says this is not a goodbye. He says he is far from being done. Let's just say, for now, I'll see you later.
Dom's music plays as Wes starts to leave the ring.
Dom says Wes Lee is going home, again. He says he doesn't doubt that Wes needs back surgery because it looks like he can barely stand. Dom says imagine how his back feels carrying all of the WWE for the last two years. While you're gone for another year, watch what he does with this title. Dom says it looks like he has the night off.
Wes tells Dom to pump the brakes. He says Dom won't have a match against him at Deadline, but he will be competing. He tells Dom to listen to someone he is more closely related to.
Dom appears on the Tron and he says Dom will defend the title on Saturday. Rey says he will be in the corner of the man who will take his title. That man is the future of lucha libre, Dragon Lee. Rey wishes Dom luck.
Dragon Lee makes his way to the ring.
Lee punches Dom and then Dom gets out of the ring before Lee can do more damage.
We take a look at what happened in the training room. Kiana tells Izzi that she appreciates her having her back and the next time she sees Roxanne,she will end her.
Roxanne shows up and they have to be separated.
Ava shows up and she says she will make this official for Saturday.
We go to commercial.
We are back with a look at the participants in the Men's Breakout Tournament. Keanu Carver, Tavion Heights, Riley Osbornne, Dion Lennox, Luca Crusifino, Myles Borne, Trey Bearhill, and Oba Femi are the eight participants.
The tournament starts next week.
Match Number Two: Tatum Paxley versus Lola Vice (with Elektra Lopez)
Lola with a waist lock and Tatum with a back elbow. Tatum avoids a boot and she leans back. Tatum rolls into a Fujiwara arm bar but Lola with a rollup for a near fall. Lola with a hip to the head and a side head lock. Lola with a sleeper and a waist lock take down. Tatum with a shoulder from the apron and a springboard drop kick. Lola gets to the apron and Tatum with a forearm or two. Tatum kicks the rope against Lola and she pulls her back into teh ring for a near fall. Tatum sends Lola into the turnbuckles and hits a cross body. Lola tries for a triangle but Tatum with a power bomb and a kick. Tatum with a splash to the back and she gets a near fall. Tatum with a body scissors. Lola escapes and she goes for a triangle but Tatum gets Lola's shoulders on teh mat for a near fall. Lola with a heel hook but Tatum gets to the ropes. Lola with a kick to the midsection followed by a punch and a back fist. Lola with a spinning heel kick and a spinning back heel kick that sends Tatum into the corner. Lola with a running hip into the corner for a near fall.
Tatum with a rollup for a near fall. Lola with a back heel kick for the three count.
Winner: Lola Vice
We go to Nathan Frazer last week and Axiom talks to Nathan about his match. Axiom asks Nathan if he wants a match. Axiom says Nathan is a smart man and should have known better. Axiom says he is not trying to start a fight. He tells Nathan they should compete like old times. Nathan likes the idea of it and he says that Axiom's face will look a lot worse than his.
We are back and Baron Corbin is in the Most Dangerous Parking Lot in Sports Entertainment and he is asked by Kelly Kincaid about Ilja Dragunov and if he is worried.
Baron says he does not need security and he will take the title off Ilja on Saturday.
We see footage of Trick and Carmelo in the Peformance Center on the day that Trick was attacked. We see Trick leaving and then Carmelo goes through the same door.
Joe Gacy is in the crowd behind Booker and Vic and he tells Vic that they love him.
Match Number Three: Chad Gable, Otis, and Maxxine Dupri (with Akira Tozawa) versus Lash Legend, Noam Dar, and Oro Mensah (with Jakara Jackson)
Chad and Dar start things off and Dar with kicks to the leg. Chad with a front face lock and a waist lock. Dar backs Chad into the ropes and Dar with a punch on the break. Chad with a double leg take down and he goes for the ankle lock but Dar gets to the ropes. Dar tags in Oro. Chad avoids a chop and he chops Oro a few times. Oro with an Irish whip and Chad floats over but Oro wit a leg sweep and he pie faces Chad. Chad goes or Chaos Theory but Oro holds on to the turnbuckles. Chad with a flying arm drag and another arm drag into an arm bar. Chad with an ankle lock and Lash tags in when Oro goes to his corner. Otis comes in the ring with Maxxine but Otis goes to the apron. Lash sends Maxxine into the turnbuckles but Dupri with a kick. Lash blocks a head scissors take don but Dupri with a rana for a near fall. Dupri goes for a suplex but Lash blocks it. Lash with a forearm to the back and she catches Dupri on a cross body.
Dar tags in and then Otis enter the match. Otis is distracted by Lash and Dar with a side head lock. Dar knocks Chad off the apron and then Otis hits the turnbuckles. Dart with punches and Oro tags in for a double suplex but Otis counters with a double suplex. Chad tags in and hits a double clothesline off the turnbuckles. Everyone fights at ringside as we go to commercial.
