TAM NAKANO VACATES WORLD OF STARDOM CHAMPIONSHIP

Stardom announced today that Tam Nakano has had to vacate the World of Stardom Championship due to her injury, with no return date certain, and also the Cosmic Angels have vacated the Goddesses of Stardom Tag Team Championship due to Natsupoi's injury (her tag team partner is Saori Anou).

It was announced that there will be a one night tournament at Korakuen Hall on 28th November, featuring Maika, Mina Shirakawa, Momo Watanabe and Ami Sourei, with the winner facing 5STAR GP winner Suzu Suzuki at Dream Queendom 2023 on 29th December to determine the new World of Stardom Champion. However, Suzuki will also be defending her title shot on that show against Hazuki. Utami Hayashishita and Saya Kamitani will be making their returns from injury on the show.

The Goddesses of Stardom Tag Team Championship will be decided on 2nd December, with Tag League winners Maika and Megan Bayne facing a tag team to be named in due course. Also announced for that show is Giulia defending the NJPW STRONG Women's Championship against AZM, Mei Seira defending the High-Speed Championship against Thekla, and a UWF Rules bout between Nanae Takahashi and Aliss Ink.
