Hello, my question is: Could Nakamura be targeting CM Punk?

If WWE chose to sign him, sure it COULD be the case.  I don't think it is though.

I have heard Eps say that AEW is a heel promotion before.  I always laughed but then I saw Hangman Page, fighting for his son, lose at Full Gear.  How does that happen?  

It happens when Tony Khan is the booker, that simple.

What is the purpose of Tony Khan’s media calls?  I had to turn it off when I heard him say that he shouldn’t step in to have Jay White give MJF the title back because in AEW they fight for things.  Is he too stupid to realize MJF already fought for the Title when he won it?  Is he too stupid to realize that the AEW Title belongs to AEW, not to any man?

I don’t know if too stupid is how I would describe it.  I definitely would describe it as Tony being a terrible booker who has no idea how to tells stories or even follow the laws of logic.  His booking is atrocious and nonsensical to people that appreciate logic and well told stories.  As for his calls, the bizarre way he handles them is just goofy to me.  If he wants to kayfabe, he shouldn’t even do them, especially when his core audience are the online hardcore fans.  Sure, he can’t answer some things, but to act like it’s a real fight?  It’s just goofy.

Have the number of injuries in WWE significantly dropped over the last 15 months, on all the shows? Or have I just not been paying attention?

I don't track the stats in that respect but if you compare AEW to WWE, the latter has far fewer injuries.  It comes down to the style.  Wrestling is a tough business on a good day.  WWE does what they can to minimize injuries for their talents while AEW does just the opposite in my opinion.  WWE does all that they can to make a very hazardous business as a safe as it can be.

Kairi is back as a heel alongside IYO SKY. Speculation is this leads to Bayley’s redemption story as a face. Dakota Kai has been supportive of SKY but also been a good friend to Bayley even when Bayley has shown, for lack of better words before my morning coffee, concerning behavior this year toward her Damage CTRL allies. Do you think this story will finally give Dakota a chance to work babyface on the bigger stage? 

It could for sure.  The beauty of the booking under Triple H is that he crafts stories and characters that can go in more than one (often obvious) direction.  It's really interesting what they are doing with Damage CTRL.
