We are one week away from the Autumn Classic! We are two weeks away from Wrestling Open 100! We are a few weeks away from the Wrestival! It’s gonna be a hot several weeks as Worcester slowly cools off. 

Spotlight Match: Massamino Pesca vs Mortar

I am legitimately SHOCKED that this is the Spotlight Match. He brings a spray bottle to keep his hair moist…he doesn’t need it. mortar has the full on super soaker tonight. Pesca clearly didn’t do his homework as he smacks Mortar and just gets pummeled. Huge toss across the ring. “Welcome to America!” Tells mortar as he hits a press slam flapjack and senton for two. Pesca pulls the leg and Mortar eats mat. Pesca hitting hard and Mortar eating a lot of stiff shots and hard whips. Seated senton reversal out of the corner! Big body toss! Mortar throwing boots and hits a high cross body for two. Mortar with a catch and eats a kick. Pesca blocks the F5 but runs into a wheel kick! Mortar misses the moonsault! Pesca with a poisonrana! Mortar’s nose is busted open! Pesca going for a superplex….Mortar with a super brain buster! Discus lariat! F5! Mortar gets the three! Loved this. 

Winner: Mortar

It’s Rich Palladino’s 30-year celebration tonight. He’s manning the announcer’s mic as usual. Paul Crockett and Brother Greatness are at commentary. This is becoming a fun regular pairing. 

Match 1: Joe Ocasio vs Austin Luke

H20’s Luke is no stranger to a hard hitting battle and Ocasio is on a roll after clinching a shot at the IWTV title. Shots back and forth. Joe with a  stampede. Hard chops. Austin Luke is taking some hellacious slams but keeps kicking out. Joe starting to get frustrated at the kids resolve. Luke chopping free…flying forearm! Corner dropkick! Top rope splash connects clean! Joe kicks out! Ocasio blocks a suplex…head kick….flying headbutt to the sternum! Fireman’s carry pop up spine buster emphatically ends the night for Austin Luke.

Winner: Joe Ocasio 

Match 2: Dante Drago & CPA vs The Love Doctors (Love Doug & Landon Hale)

So Percy Ryan asked Drago to help CPA become more aggressive since he is out with a jawline injury. Just like last time, Drago forces CPA to come out to death metal again. He is so confused. Love Doug tries to encourage the fun short ripping…and Dante forces him to wear a sweater. Doug makes sure that Dante stays clothed and taking a beating. CPA could help but he really doesn’t get why he SHOULD. Dante gets frustrated and just chops CPA for the tag. CPA trips up Doug and he goes for the Form 1099 but Dante tags in. This is too silly for new CPA’s intended level of aggression. Dante getting over on Doug after he distracts Landon and knocks him from the apron. Jaw jacker…Hale tags in! Tilt a whirl backbreaker! Snake eyes to the second and German for two! CPA tags in and hits a huge powerbomb! top rope dropkick! Form 1099! Dante tags himself in! CPA is furious! Hale connects with a high knee! The Love Doctors hit a backstabber/Rebound lariat combo and CPA just watches Dante stay down for the three. 

Winners: The Love Doctors

Match 3: The Kelly’s (Westfield & Grayson) vs Fancy Ryan Clancy & Dezmond Cole 

They may be twins but they are TOWERING over Clancy and Boofa. Clancy trying some slick wrestling counters but he is just getting overpowered. Clancy gets the head and refuses to let go. Boofa in but he gets tossed around. Kelly’s tag but Boofa with a quick reversal and tags to Clancy. A little twin magic and Clancy is distracted into an eating a big boot. Double running European uppercuts. Clancy getting double teamed hard. He escapes a suplex and tags to Cole! Boofa swinging hard!  He flies into a choke but frees himself and hits a high cross body! Tag to Clancy. Chop party! Big hits in the corner. Boofa Germans a Kelly off the top and Clancy hits a fancy splash for the win!

Winners: Ryan Clancy & Dezmond Cole

Match 4: Zayda Steele vs Kennedi Copeland

We sure love us some Kennedi Copeland here in Wootown. Kennedi loses her headband and Zayda throws it out of the ring. Kennedi is sick and tired of people ripping things off of her. Thez press! Hard lariats! Half Nelson trap clothesline! Kennedi is fired up and Zayda kicks at the gut to make some space. Zayda pulls Kennedi by the hair into a hangman’s face buster. Running knee…Copeland trying to chop but Steel reverses into a neckbreaker for two. Forward roll head kick and Zayda is on a roll again. She goes for that nose ring! Kennedi frees up space, she pulls the hair to a slam but they double boot each other. Both ladies won’t let go of the hair. Paris Van Dale tries to distract but Kennedi runs Zayda into Paris…shining wizard connects for the win!

Winner: Kennedi Copeland

 Kennedi is sick and tired of Paris Van Dale. She’s going to end this next week…on Thanksgiving night….in a Last Woman Standing match! Paris teases a fight but heads to the back….next week, someone will be in a turkey coma.

Rich Palladino brings out Big Bacon Brad Hollister, the number one contender to the Wrestling Open championship. Bacon takes in the jeers of the crowd and pretends to leave…and blindsides the Wild Hound Johnny Rivera working the bell table. He tries to put down the hound with the ring bell but Ichiban runs out to make the save. Bacon says “two more weeks. But next week let’s kill another hero and he challenges one of the Miracle Ones to a fight on Thanksgiving. He’s gonna make this personal.

 Match 5: Pedro Dones vs Griffin McCoy

Dones promises that he’s kicking Ray Jaz’s a** next week for us, himself and his family. As for tonight’s opponent? He’s going for the shoulder! McCoy takes his sweet time getting ready. We’re on Top Guy time. Griffin with an awkward headlock and arm drag. Pedro getting the upper hand with a great armbreaker…RAY JAZ’s music hits and Pedro is completely distracted as Jaz comes through the curtain. Of course Griffin uses that as opportunity. Hard boots, corner dropkick, he tries to stretch the shot caller’s arm and neck. Jaz watched from the entryway…and grabs a mic. Griffin hits a hangman’s knee drop for two! Pedro eats a couple of slaps and that’s waking him up. Dones hits a back elbow and shoulder tackles. Samoan drop! Stunner! Flying European uppercut for the three! 

Winner: Pedro Dones

Ray Jaz right there with the “we get it you won. You’re still a deadbeat father.” Next week, if this was Dones’ preview for Ray…Jaz has one for him. He brings out Pedro’s son on his shoulder. He says he may not recognize him since Pedro barely sees him. Jaz puts the kid in the ring and Dones calls him over…his son turns back and runs to Jaz. Oh noooooooooooooooooo! The crowd reacted hard for that.

 

It’s Church time! Lucas Chase is out on a mission…so Brother Greatness is stepping in for a rare wrestling match!

 

Match 6: Sammy Diaz & Brother Greatness) vs RJ Rude & Rex Lawless

BG is going to “deal with” Rude….later. Tag. RJ running through Diaz. Tag to Rex and he delivers a top five beatdown. Diaz tags out and BG tries to fight Rex. Hahahaha no. He goes for a long flight back to the corner. Diaz feigns a hurt ankle  and BG blindsides RJ. Rude fighting back and even has BG pinned but Rex is baited into a distraction. Hard kicks from Diaz. RJ escapes, tag to Rex! Fallaway slam to Sammy! Flying boot! BG willing Sammy to life! Kick out! RJ sunset flips Rex into a spear on Diaz. BG makes the save and ejects Rex…side slam, elbow drop combo to RJ! This looks like the end but Rude kicks out! Rex is back. BG eats a codebreaker….backstabber bomb combo on the good brother and that’s all she wrote for the church.

Winners: Rude & Rex

 Rude knows that Tyree Taylor is mad. At Wrestling Open 100, there’s gonna be another Open Door War…and RJ is the first entrant! He invites Greatness to tell Taylor to be there in two weeks. 

 

It’s time for the Rich Palladino 30th Anniversary Celebration! Our hosts the Miracle Generation are out here to introduce the man of the hour! Worcester explodes for our voice of wrestling. Dustin opens the floor to Rich to take this in and talk about himself for a change. Rich says this is all he’s wanted to do since he was eight…he’s 54 now. He thanks his original mentor Tony Rumble. He thanks Chaotic Wrestling. He talks about how Biff Busick got him onto Americanrana ten years ago. And of course, his current days with Wrestling Open! He says maybe he will do this for thirty more years…and at least Every Thursday Forever. This is great. Dustin points out that Rich also announced for ECW at a time. He says they have a surprise person here who WAS at that ECW show…it’s Flash’s dad! Dustin thanks Rich for always treating them like family…and that’s when Swipe Right’s music hits. They blindside the IWTV champs with chairs. Kylon eats a neckbreaker through a chair. They hold back Dustin…Dustin’s dad is still there as Ricky Smokes turns around and takes out Waller’s dad with the chair. They go for Rich and the locker room empties to make the save and drive them off. 

Main Event 7: Stetson Ranch (Steven Stetson, Danny Miles & Hammer Tunis) vs BRG, Marcus Mathers & Alec Price

The F*** Alec Price Crew guy is here and he brought his friends. They have themselves a name and matching shirts??? “FAP CREW”??? That’s what they settled on? Worcester is extra, y’all. MOST of Worcester loves the IWTV champ. BRG gets right to work getting some payback on the ranch. Stetson in and resumes his war with Price. Mathers tags himself in and Alec doesn’t like that. We already have dissent on the apron so BRG tags in and tries to fight. The numbers game immediately turns against him as Mathers and Price are not on the same page AT ALL. Miles with a long delay vertical suplex. Tunis eats a neckbreaker and BRG makes the slow crawl! Miles tries to intercept….Roll through and tag to Marcus! Loud chops and hard kicks! Jump back stunner! He goes for a lionsault but Stev kicks him out of the air. What a stetson. Miles unloading a hurting on Marcus while kicking his partners off the apron. This is a three on one….BRG finally posts Stetson from the outside! Marcus plants Miles and Hammer! Double lionsault! Tag to Price! Dragon suplex puts Miles in his done! Double stomp to the head! Knee strikes to Hammer! Emergency leg drop! Block bustah! This is all Price but Tunis makes the kickout! He sets up the Suprize…Stetson with the leg pull…Tunis hits a spine buster! They go back to the three on one strategy that has been working so well. Double suplex into a high angle powerbomb! Matters makes the save! Stetson goes for triple bomb again but winds up rana’d into a spear on his partners! Tag to BRG! He unloads on the Dream Crusher…he goes for the Killswitch but Stetson big boots him. Price and Mathers fighting as a team finally…double superkick! They almost deck each other…not until Sunday at OK Corral, boys! Mathers and Price dive at Tunis and Stetson. Miles tries to catch BRG with a handful of tights…that fails and BRG reverses a fireman’s carry to a rollup for the three!!!!

Winners: Price, Mathers & BRG

Alec Price and Marcus Mathers end the night in a state down. Their last encounter ended abruptly…Marcus is ready to take the gold…Noe Ocasio hits the ring and tries to ambush them both. Joe is sent flying but Marcus accidentally tags Alec. The champ is furious at his challenger. Marcus apologizes and offers a handshake…Price DECLINES.
