AEW RAMPAGE REPORT

It is Friday and this week, AEW Rampage is live at the Oakland Arena in Oakland, CA. Our commentary team is Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness.

Ricky Starks w/Big Bill vs Preston Vance w/Jose

They lock up and Vance forces AStarks back in the corner. They break with shoves and Vance stomps Starks down in the corner, and then Starks reverses it and lays in chops, and they go to a different corner as the right. They battle in the ring until Vance gets a pup kick and Starks rolls out of the ring to collect himself.

Vance leaves the ring as well and tosses Starks into the barricade. Starks reverses the momentum and grabs a headset to tell people how good he is doing. Vance and Starks battle at ringside. Starks gets a German suplex on the ramp as we go to picture in picture.

When they return to full screen, Starks gets  a leg drop on Vance on the apron and rolls him into the ring for a two count. Vance is able to get a series of clotheslines and a spine buster. Starks is able to get a spinning DDT using the ropes for two. Vance gets a back body drop and an attitude adjustment for two. 

Vance calls for the full nelson as Starks gets up. He tries to lock it on and Starks drops down and gets a rollup for two. Vance gets another attitude adjustment and calls for the full nelson again, and Bill distracts him so that Starks can get the spear for the pin and the win.

Winner: Ricky Starks

Starks and Bill start a beat down which brings out Rush and Dralistico to run them off.

Jericho is with Renee Paquette and she asks him about his upcoming match with Konosuke Takeshita, and he says he will get his revenue on him at the Tokyo Dome this weekend.

Don Callis is with Lexi Nair and Prince Nana. She asks who will be the 4th member of his team next week. Prince Nana says if he digs deep, he can get what he wants. Don says he is renting the services of Brain Cage for the 8 man match next week on Dynamite.

Lexi is with Jeff Jarrett and his crew. She asks when Jay Lethal will get his match with the Ring of Honor champion Eddie Kingston. Jeff says she now has heat with her. Lethal says when they do have their match, he will win. Ortiz shows and asks when he will get his match with Jay. Karen Jarrett says he is outnumbered, and Ortiz says even if he’s alone, he goes down swinging. Ortiz attacks, but is finally taken out by Stanam Singh./

Ruby Soho vs Red Velvet

They lock up and Ruby takes Red down with a waistlock takeover. Red does the same thing to Ruby. They move to side headlocks and Ruby is shot off into the ropes, where she comes off with a shoulder tackle. They run the ropes again and Rad gets a leg lariat, and then works over Ruby in the corner. Rugby is able to reverse a whip to the corner and works over Red in the same corner. Ruby then runs Red across the ring and slams her head into a turnbuckle. Ruby picks up Red and runs her into the ropes for two as we go to picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, Ruby gets a back trip for two. Ruby lays in chops in the corner. Reed starts to fire back and Ruby knocks her down and stomps Red down. Ruby whips Red to the corner and then across the ring to the opposite corner. Red comes charging from the corner and hits a clothesline and then comes off the ropes for a wheelbarrow slam, and then gets a running knee in the ropes, finally a standing moonsault for two.

Ruby hits a pair of back kicks on Red and then drapes her on the top rope where Ruby lays in a kick and covers for two. Ruby then gets a pair of suplexes and then puts Red in the corner. Ruby then slams Red into the middle turnbuckle face first with a head scissors. 

Ruby is then delivered flowers during the match and Red is able to get a rollup for two, but the red was distracted or it would have been a three count. Red gets in a few strikes and Ruby is able to whip her into the ropes, and Red comes off with a spinning kick for the pin and the win.

Winner: Red Velvet

We get a recap of the attack on The Acclaimed at the end of Dynamite. 

The Kingdom (MIke Bennett and Matt Taven) w/Roderick Strong vs The Already in the Ring Los Swabacitoes (I think)

Roddy starts yelling at Dasha the ring announcer, and he says it is No Neck November.  He gets some cheap heat talking about how the Raiders left. He then dedicates the match to his best friend ADAM! Cole.  

The Kingdom win with the Neck Check in less than a minute.

Winners: The Kingdom

Roddy gets out of the chair and gets out of his neck brace and nails one of them with a suplex into a back stabber. 

Roddy gets back in hsi brace, wheelchair and glasses after the move.

Lexi is in the back with Daniel Garcia, Matt Menard, and Angelo Parker. Garcia says he wants to get back on the winning track, so he challenges Andrade El Idolo. 

Ruby and Saraya show up to complain to Parker about sending flowers during a match. Ruby starts to look fondly at Parker, and Saraya pulls her away.

Lexi is with The Kingdom and Roddy, and Action Andretti and Darius Martin show up to challenge them. Roddy says that Darius is his next victim. 

Main Event: Vikingo and Komander vs FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler)

Komander starts with Dax, and Komander throws kicks and Dax catches his leg and forces him to the corner for a chop, then a snap mare. They run the ropes and Komader gets a tejaris, a drop kick and a two count. Vikingo tags in as does Cash. They run the ropes and V9ikingo gets a spin kick and then an insigiri. Vikingo leaps off the top into a hurricanrana into a drop kick.  Vikingo dives into Cash on the floor and slams into the announce table as we go picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, Vikingo and Komander hit dives on FTR. Dax and Komader return to the ring. Komander hits a cross body and Komander rolls through for two. Vikngo kicks Cash down to the mat and Vikngo hits a shotgun drop kick from the top and Komander covers for two. Komander gets a hurricanrana off a kick by Vikngo for two. 

Vikngo is tagged in and he is knocked off the top by Dax. Dax goes to the top and Cash climbs another turnbuckle. Vikingo reverses the suplex from Dax and Komander is able to sneak in and get a hurricanrana off the top of Cash. Vikingo gets a two count. Komander and Vikingo are up first and go to the top, and they hit stereo 630s for two. 

Cash puts Komander on his back for a Gori Special. Vikingo hits a spin kick on Cash, and then tries a shooting star press onto Dax and Dax turns it into a pile driver for two. Dax goes to the top and leaps. Vikingo gets out of the way, so Dax landers on his feet. Dax lifts Vikingo and tries for a slingshot power bomb from the top ropes, but Vikingo reverses it into a sunset flip for two. 

Dax tries again and doesn’t have a good grip, so it looks like a mess. Vikingo gets a roll up for two. Komander tags in and hits Dax with a kick as Dax charges into the corner. Dax is able to whip Komander to the far side of the ring and hits Vikingo with the slingshot power bomb, and Komander is able to grab Dax and rolls him up for two.

Komander charges into the corner, and Dax lifts him up and over. Komander fights his way out of FTR’s corner, Komander goes to the top, misses a leap on Dax, and FTR hit the shatter machine for the pin and the win.

Winners:  FTR

All four men shake hands in the middle of the ring and the lights go out.

We see The House of black somewhere in the dark.
