MLW today announced a Grudge Match: Kevin Blackwood vs. “Silver Sniper” TJ Crawford at the FUSION TV taping portion of MLW FIGHTLAND on Saturday, November 18 at Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena.

There will be bad intentions when Kevin Blackwood steps foot in the MLW ring and throws down with “Silver Sniper” TJ Crawford.

Blackwood entered MLW this summer during the ‘23 Open Draft with immense fanfare.

Tragically, Blackwood’s debut would be tarnished. With the fight going his way, Blackwood would be battered and beaten via outside interference from a masked assailant… but that was only the beginning of a memorable and painful first night in MLW for Blackwood.

Moments after the match, Blackwood was further attacked in a heinous post-fight assault by Crawford and the masked assailant, who was revealed to be Tony Deppen.

The altercation sent Blackwood to the injured reserve list and triggered a suspension for Deppen.

Now that Blackwood has been medically cleared by league physician Dr. Nelson Sweglar, Blackwood has formally requested and been granted a grudge match against Crawford!
