MLW FUSION REPORT: SALINA'S SHOW

Your announcers are Joe Dombrowski and Matt Striker.

Jesus Rodriguez introduces Salina de la Renta.

Salina welcomes everyone to her show. She says it is no surprise that she is in charge because every episode of MLW she has produced has gone through the roof. She says she has plans for World Champion Alex Kane.

Ichiban and Ichiban’s translator make their way to the stage and he says if they want to make MLW the number one promotion and the number one pro wrestling broadcast on Earth, you need to put the number one middleweight, the representative of the number one dojo against Rocky Romero for the Middleweight Championship.

Salina yells at them for interrupting her. She says Ichiban will face Jesus Rodriguez tonight . . . she means right now.

Match Number One: Ichiban versus Jesus Rodriguez (with Salina de la Renta)

Ichiban with a drop kick. Jesus avoids a jumping knee and goes for a suplex but Ichiban lands on his feet. Salina tries to throw powder in Ichiban’s face but misses. However, it does distract Ichiban long enough to allow Jesus to hit him from behind. Jesus kicks Ichiban. Jesus sends Ichiban into the turnbuckles and chops him. Jesus with a forearm to the back. Jesus goes for a delayed suplex and then sends him back to the mat and hits a regular suplex. Jesus sends Ichiban to the mat and gets a near fall.

Jesus with an Irish whip but he runs into a back elbow. Jesus with a back elbow for a near fall. Jesus chokes Ichiban in the ropes and connects with a crossface. Salina chokes Ichiban in the ropes. Ichiban with punches but Jesus with a knee and Irish whip. Ichiban with a drop toe hold that sends Jesus into the turnbuckles. Ichiban is sent to the apron and connects with a kick. Ichiban with a chop off the turnbuckles followed by a cutter and a cartwheel elbow in the corner. Ichiban with a missile drop kick. Jesus with a uranage and thrust kick for a near fall. Jesus punches Ichiban and kicks him.

Jesus goes to the turnbuckles for a moonsault but misses. Ichiban with a wheelbarrow into a bulldog followed by a leaping flatliner for the three count.

Winner: Ichiban

After the match, Rocky Romero and Janai Kai come to the ring and attack Ichiban. Rocky with a double sledge to the back and then they kick and punch Ichiban. Jesus gives Rocky a chair and Janai sets it up in the ring. Rocky with a Falcon Arrow onto the chair.

Officials come to the ring and Rocky, Jesus, Janai, and Salina leave the ring.

We go to commercial.

We are back with a look at Rocky Romero adding the MLW Middleweight Championship when he defeated Akira at Slaughterhouse.

Salina is in her office and she says she has signed a tag match for Fightland. Rocky Romero and Barbaro Cavernario will face Mascara Dorada 2.0 and Ichiban. She says Rocky is an icon in Mexico. She mentions that they broke into other shows to announce that Rocky had beaten Akira at Slaughterhouse. Salina recoils when she hears BOMAYE from outside. She mentions that this title goes back more than half a decade and that it is a prestigious honor to possess this title. There is another BOMAYE and she introduces the match between Volador Jr. and Rocky Romero and then storms out of her office due to too many BOMAYEs.

We go to see highlights of Rocky’s match against Volador Jr. from June 30th at Fantastica Mania.

We are back with a look back at the Chamber of Horrors match.

We also take a look back at Janai Kai winning the Women’s title.

We go to Salina and Janai in the back.

Salina yells at the cameraman and then she introduces the only woman impressive enough to be promoted by her, Janai Kai.

Janai says she is the kick demon.

Salina says this is one of the surprises she has yet to show you.

We have a video package for Janai Kai.

We go to the Fightland Control Center.

Fightland is on November 18th from Philadelphia. They mention the tag match that Salina announced earlier.

Salina is in the back and she talks about Alex Kane.

Delmi Exo interrupts and wants to know if that is what making a change is.

Salina tells Delmi she should have let her manager Delmi last summer.

Delmi says no one controls her. She says she will get her rematch.

Salina says she doesn’t care and she calls Delmi ‘child’ as she looks for Alex Kane.

Mister Saint Laurent stops Salina in the hallway. He says he reminds Salina of his roles in MLW. He has some documents for Salina for her blackmail of MLW. He asks what she has for her. Salina tells MSL that he is the promoter for One Shot in New York.

MSL asks about the one other thing. She says MSL wants a title match at any time he chooses.

They have a deal.

Salina looks at the documents and she starts to smile.

We go to commercial.

We are back and next week, The Second Gear Crew faces The Calling for Tag Titles in a Tables match.

We go to Mance and Manders talking about their tag title match.

Salina shows up and Mance says he misses Salina.

Mance says he didn’t forget that everyone she brought in to take care of Mance couldn’t get the job done. Mance tells Salina to take a shot and as she pulls back her arm to hit Mance, Jacob Fatu grabs her hand.

Fatu wants to know why all the violence. Fatu says he is looking to go to Mexico and Mance says he promoted down there.

Mance suggests Fatu versus Mistico and that match would make money.

Salina tells them they should be careful what they wish for and she walks away.

We have an update on B3CCA and we are told that she was banned from wrestling until her new album is finished. What will happen with Love Doug and B3CCA? We will find out next week.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Salina is on the stage.

She says she can always back up her hype and she always delivers. Tonight, they go off with a bang. It starts with the World Champion Alex Kane.

Alex makes his way to the stage to the BOMAYE of the crowd.

Alex says she is beautiful and powerful. He says she has been killing it in the fight game. Alex says we are not here to talk about that. He says he heard she filmed a reality show. Alex says the name of that show is Ho Island.

Salina says if anyone is a ho, it is Alex. She says Mr. Thomas is his pimp.

Alex says Salina invited him out here so he wants to know what is going on.

Salina says since she is the boss she gets to determine the matches tonight and in the future. She says Alex’s next title match will be at Fightland.

Alex wants to know what the surprise is and . . .

Jacob Fatu comes out to the stage to go face to face with Alex.

We go to The Calling to talk about their match next week against the Second Gear Crew.
