LARRY THE DOG INJURED, CM PUNK ON POTENTIAL SURVIVOR SERIES APPEARANCE AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2023-10-26 17:35:00

Former WWE, AEW and Ring of Honor Champion CM Punk appeared earlier today on The Bernstein & Holmes on 670 The Score in honor of his 45th birthday.  You can find the appearance above.

During the appearance, Punk was asked about potentially appearing at the 2023 WWE Survivor Series, which takes place in Chicago on 11/26.  Punk joked that the show was sold out before saying that while he "don't want to burst anyone's bubble", he is just sitting at home enjoying the Chicago weather.  He noted his life stopped as his dog Larry suffered a recent torn ACL.  Punk noted he has canceled a few things that were scheduled in order to be there for Larry, who he treats as if he was his own son.  Punk noted that with two people to take care of Larry - himself and wife April Mendez - it's a lot easier than leaving one or the other to his care.

The conversation also discussed Punk shooting the puck at the Chicago Blackhawks over the weekend, playing street hockey as a kid, big crowd reactions he's experienced, why h doesn't believe there will ever be a union for pro wrestlers and more.

Get well Larry!
