MLW FUSION REPORT

Your announcers are Matt Striker and Joe Dombrowski.

We begin with a look back at Slaughterhouse.

We see Court Bauer with Atlas Security as we see footage of the brawl between Matt Cardona and Alex Kane from the end of Slaughterhouse.

We go to footage from earlier today with Sam Leterna and Love Doug.

Sam asks how are things with him and he says things are not going well. Salina interrupts and she takes Doug’s box of candy.

Match Number One: Love Doug versus Ichiban

Doug wants a test of strength and Ichiban obliges. Doug pulls Ichiban over but Doug with a head scissors. Ichiban with a Japanese arm drag and Doug with an arm drag and hip toss. Ichiban with an arm drag and both men go for drop kicks at the same time. Doug with a waist lock and a rollup for a near fall. Doug with a rollup for a near fall followed by a drop kick. Doug misses a splash into the corner and Ichiban with a punch and forearm from the turnbuckles for a near fall.

Ichiban with a chop and he goes to the turnbuckles for punches Ichiban misses a splash and Doug with a splash. Doug with head butts and a monkey flip but Ichiban lands on his feet. Ichiban with a cross body for a near fall.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Ichiban goes for a Boston Crab but but Doug throws confetti at him. Doug with a springboard back elbow followed by a forearm I the corner and a bulldog for a near fall. Ichiban with a back slide for a near fall. Dog blocks a kick and connects with a punch. Ichiban holds on to the ropes when Doug goes for an O’Connor roll. Ichiban with a cutter and a leaping flatliner for the three count.

Winner: Ichiban

After the match, Sam is with Doug on the stage.

She asks Doug how does he feel after almost winning.

Doug says he feels like his love story was there.

One of B3CCA’s dancers comes out with a card for Doug. Doug says he does not kiss and tell, but he says she might make time to come to one of his matches. Doug tells B3CCA smooches.

We see Sam with Tom Lawlor.

She welcomes Tom back and Tom says he did what he was supposed to do. He had Alex Kane in a choke and the corrupt referee who has a gambling problem counted him out at 2.8. Tom says he has been dominating all over the world. He was a champion in New Japan. Tom says he comes back and mentions that Don King is promoting title fights. Tom says he has fought for some of the biggest scumbags on the planet, Dana White and Oscar de la Hoya. Don King is worse. Tom has not come back to MLW, he has joined the World Titan Federation and they will rebuild this company in their image. In the image of sports entertainment.

We are told that there was an incident between Mance Warner and Matt Cardona after Slaughterhouse and Mance says he will confront Matt tonight.

Tony Deppen and TJ Crawford are in the back. They look at the wall with ‘Your voice matters’ on it. They like that slogan. TJ says Kevin Blackwood’s voice does not matter any more. They have sent him from the top draft pick to the bottom of the barrel. Tony says he hasn’t felt that rush in a long time. Tony asks TJ who else can they beat up? What about Court or the announcers.

We are told that Tony Deppen has been suspended because he has refused to pay the fine he was assessed.

We go to Manders, Justice, and Mance.

Mance says Cardona got lucky with him. Manders says they are in another town and wherever they go, Matt Cardona goes. He says he will give Matt a lariat and a cowboy ass whooping.

We go to commercial.

We are told that Miyu Yamashita is coming to MLW.

We look at photos of the issues between Rickey Shane Page and Akira at Slaughterhouse.

We are told that based on what happened at the end of Slaughterhouse that if anything happens tonight, there will be heavy consequences for BOMAYE and World Titan Federation.

We go to MSL with Sam.
She asks MSL about Matt’s match against Manders. MSL says Matt is the crown jewel of the World Title Federation. Maybe there was some flirtation with Manders, but he made the biggest mistake and he has a target on his back. Matt will go two for two against the Second Gear Crew and will stay undefeated in MLW.

Match Number Two: Midas Black and Jay Lyon versus Mr. Thomas and J Boujii

Boujii and Midas start things off. They lock up and Boujii with a side head lock takedown and Midas with a head scissors. Midas with a side head lock take down and Boujii with a head scissors. Boujii lands on his feet on a hip toss and he applies a front face lock. Boujii with a forearm across the chest. Thomas tags in and he sends Midas into the turnbuckles. Thomas with a chop and Boujii tags in. Thomas sends Boujii onto Midas with a gourdbuster for a near fall. Boujii misses a clothesline and Midas sends Boujii to the apron. Lyon knocks Thomas off the apron. Midas with a leap frog splash to Boujii’s back while Lyon has Boujii in a front face lock. Boujii goes to the floor and Midas gets his ring for Boujii to hit a suicide dive.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Midas tags in and Midas with an uppercut and Lyon trips Boujii. Midas with a double stomp and Lyon with a moonsault off Midas’ back. Midas gets a near fall. Midas with a punch and Lyon tags in. Midas misses a splash and Boujii with clothesline to both men. Lyon keeps Boujii from making the tag. Lyon with a splash and Midas tags in. Lyon with a uranage while Midas hits a flatliner. Midas gets a near fall.

Lyon tags in and Lyon puts Boujii on the turnbuckles. Boujii with punches and a head butt to send Lyon to the mat. Boujii goes up top and hits a tornado DDT. Thomas and Midas tag in and Thomas with a boot to Midas and a slam to Lyon. Thomas with a splash to Lyon followed by a clothesline. Thomas with a Black Hole Slam for a near fall when Lyon breaks it up. Lyon with forearms and he gets Thomas up for a slam but Thomas escapes. Thomas pushes Lyon into Midas and Lyion sends Midas into Thomas for a spear. Lyon tags in and Boujii pulls Thomas away. Midas with an uppercut to Boujii and Boujii with a springboard double cutter.

Thomas tosses Boujii over the top rope onto Lyon and Midas on the floor. Lyon is sent back into the rng and Thomas with a pop up spinebuster for the three count.

Winners: J Boujii and Mr. Thomas

We go to Alex Kane for comments about what happened.

Alex says this isn’t sports entertainment or the home of the superstars. This is MLW. This is combat sports. This is his house and you have disrespected him. You tried to f*** with him, his people, and his company. He will not have that one damn bit. What he does here, he suplexes these hos and taps these hos out. Alex says he is MLW excellence. He will take on all challengers. They will know that the mission is submission and that is on BOMAYE.

We go to Mance in the back and he says he was drinkin’ and thinkin’. He sees all of these tools he can paint with. He sees a chair but he has used that before. HE gets a 2x4 and he can jam it up someone’s keister, but that is too easy. Mance gets a screwdriver and he says he can get some blood on it and lick it clean.

Salina de la Renta is in her office and she says she has three titles in two promotions but that is only the beginning. Court won’t be on next week’s TV due to some legal issues. That means she will be executive producer next week. She has barely come back and she is in charge.

Match Number Three: Matt Cardona (with MSL) versus 1 Called Manders

They lock up and Manders sends Matt to the mat. Matt with a kick and side head lock. Manders with a shoulder tackle. Manders with another shoulder tackle followed by chops. Manders misses a chop and Matt with a chop that only angers Manders. Manders with many chops in the corner. Manders with an Irish whip and back body drop followed by an elbow drop for a near fall.

Matt sends Manders into the turnbuckles and he hits a missile drop kick. Matt rubs his forearm across the side of the face and then he this a neck breaker for a near fall. Matt rips off the shirt and he chokes Manders with it. The referee warns Matt and then Matt chokes Manders in the ropes. Matt goes for a neck breaker but Manders escapes and hitsa spinebuster.

Manders with forearms and chops to Matt. Manders with an Irish whip and splash into the corner. Manders with an Irish whip but he misses a splash. Manders with a clothesline out of the corner for a near fall. Manders misses a shoulder into the corner and hits the ring post. Matt goes for the Woo Woo Boot but Manders back drops Matt over the top rope. Manders has some words for MSL but he sends Matt into the ring. Matt kicks the ropes when Manders comes back into the ring and it hits Manders in an uncomfortable place. Manders with a sit out power bomb for a near fall.

Matt pulls the referee between him and Manders to allow Matt to poke Manders in the eyes. Matt with Radio Silence for the three count.

Winner: Matt Cardona

After the match, Sam is with Matt and MSL.

Matt says he did it. He says he is undefeated. He is 2-0 and he is going to take over MLW. He says he is going to beat everyone put in his path, especially that piece of white trash Mance Warner.

Mance attacks Matt from behind and they go to the back while MSL hides behind Sam.
