Betty Elizabeth (Joyce) Murphy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Elizabeth (Joyce) Murphy (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Murphy and Clara Murphy; and her siblings, Alton Murphy, Sheila Keegan, Susan Gaddis and Debra Brown.

She is survived by : her son Derek Murphy (Terry Murphy); her brothers, Richard Murphy and John Murphy; and her close friends, Pinto, Hershey and Poppy.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 3rd 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (506 Hill St, LaGrange, GA 30240). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 3rd 2023 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
