There's been a strong positive feeling among those in Impact Wrestling management of late, feeling that the audience and demo numbers for the weekly series on AXS TV are going in the right direction that there's a sign the creative and talents are clicking. Obviously, the promotion is never going to hit WWE and AEW level numbers since they are on a smaller platform, but the feeling has been that business is heading in the right direction, slowly and surely. We are told that the Impact replay numbers on AXS have also shown some growth.
Expect a Monster's Ball match to be announced for the 10/21 Bound for Glory PPV.
Tickets for the Lucha Festival on 10/22 are now on sale at this link. The ticket, priced at $100, includes a Q&A with all luchadors in attendance, commemorative, numbered collectibles, Autograph opportunities, Photo-ops and a "Traditional fiesta feast with home-made tacos, rice, beans and more." Konnan, Juventud Guerrera, Laredo Kid, Black Taurus and Samuray Del Sol are among those appearing. The event will take place at 5 PM prior to that evening's TV taping.
Scott D'Amore's Border City Wrestling will be holding a 30th Anniversary event this Saturday 10/7 at the St. Clair College Sportsplex with Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions The Rascalz vs. The Motor City Machineguns, BCW Champion Jake Something vs. Deaner, BCW Tag Team Champion The Desi Hit Squad vs. El Reverso & Aiden Prince, Josh Alexander vs. Moose vs. Pro Wrestling NOAH's Kaito Kiyomiya, Deonna Purrazzo vs. Gisele Shaw, Jordynne Grace vs. Courtney Rush, Sheldon Jean vs. Bhupinder Gujjar plus Tommy Dreamer, D'Lo Brown, Johnny Swinger, D'Amore and more appearing. Former Impact Wrestling star Ace Romero is slated for his first match in months on this weekend's Wrestling Revolver event in Dayton, Ohio.
Frankie Kazarian, ABC and Eric Young are slated for the World Series Wrestling tour of Australia that runs several dates over the next week starting this Friday.

The promotion will debut at the Palms in Las Vegas in January 2024 for their Hard to Kill PPV.
