COMPLETE AEW DYNAMITE REPORT

It's Wednesday, you know that means AEW is LIVE from Indianapolis. Taz, Excalibur and Tony Schiavone have the call of the action.

Orange Cassidy comes out to the ring. He's heavily taped up from all the injuries. The crowd erupts into a freshly squeezed chant, and then thanks him. He says Hey and Thank you. AEW told him to stay home but he didn't want to do that. He said he'll be here every week.  He reiterates that he does not have a catchphrase. That was it.

AEW International Championship: Jon Moxley w/ Claudio Castagnoli vs. AR Fox

Cassidy is still on the ramp just watching, eventually walking away. Fox begins with chops but it's Mox immediately firing back with chops and punches. Forearm and a springboard dropkick. Moxley to the floor and he gets nailed with a tope con hillo. Kick by Moxley, he pulls Fox back in. Uranage by Moxley.  

Darby Allin and Nick Wayne are watching on the monitor.  DDT by Fox for 2. Action spills back to the floor and Fox gets sent into the rail and then into the front row as we go to commercial.

As we return it's Moxley with kicks to Fox. Enziguiri by Fox. Clotheslines by Fox. Sidekicks and a reverse cutter by Fox. Fox fights out of a choke in the corner and nails a cutter for 2. Fox nails a standing shooting star. Fox to the topm nails a 450 for 2. Double wristlock by Moxley. Hammer elbows. Big lariat and a Death Rider and Moxley scores the pin.

WINNER AND STILL AEW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION JON MOXLEY

Darby consoles Fox and congratulates him on a match well fought. Nick Wayne on screen gets approached by Luchasaurus and Christian Cage. Cage tells Nick his father was worse than he thought he was.  He offers to be Wayne's mentor and tells him to say hi to his mom.

TBS Championship: Kris Statlander vs. Emi Sakura

Lockup, rollup by Emi for 1. Tiger driver for 1 by Emi. Chop by the challenger. Body block by Emi sends the champion to the floor. Cross body into the steps.  Where has THIS Emi Sakura been?  Action spills back into the ring, they trade chops. Back elbow by Sakura and both women hit clotheslines twice and both go down.

Shoulder block and a hot shot by the champion. They reverse cross rhodes positions. Big backbreaker by Emi for 2. Emi to the top, she gets blocked and a facedroped and a discus lariat. Wednesday Night Fever and Statlander scores the pin.

WINNER AND STILL TBS CHAMPION KRIS STATLANDER

We hear form Roderick Strong and the Kingdom. Strong talks about his dysfunctional parents and how wrestling saved his life. Taven and Bennett are awesome here as the friends who feel so bad for him.

Don Callis joins the booth.

Le Sex Gods vs. Aussie Open

Jericho and Davis lock up, eye poke by Jericho. Chops by JEricho but a lariat by Davis. Davis chops away. Jericho slips out of a slam and tags in Sammy. Le Sex Gods with a double shoulder block and they pose. Davis takes then out with a double clothes line. Fletcher tags in and he and Sammy chop away. Guevara with a dropkick. Sammy stomps the midsection and tags in the Ocho. Delayed vertical suplex by Le Sex Gods as we go to commercial.

Fletcher suplex Guevara but Gueaevades a second and tags in JEricho. Goozle by Davis and AO double clotheslines Jericho. Sammy with a cutter assist. Codebreaker  by JEricho on Fletcher for 2.  Chops by Jericho. Springboard dropkick by Jericho. Sammy with a twisting tope on the floor to both Fletcher and Davis. JEricho with a dice, he accidentally hits Sammy. Double battering ram by Aussie Open. Aussie Arrow for 2 on Jericho.

Fletcher tags in. Spanish Fly by Sammy to Davis. Jericho tries the Walls on Fletcher but it does not work. Running knee and a brain buster by Fletcher for 2.  

Indianapolis is on FIRE! Kick by Jericho, he collides with Sammy but hits a Judas Effect on Fletcher for the pin.

WINNERS LE SEX GODS

Sammy looks very upset. He doesn't seem happy about the friendly fire. They shove each other and officials break it up. Guevara storms off.

We see highlights from Ricky Starks vs. Bryan Danielson. We hear from Starks, he is fired up.  

Now we see what went down with MJF and Samoa Joe Sunday night. 

Renee Paquette is with Don Callis and Takeshita bragging about beating Omega twice. There'll be a celebration next week.

MJF comes out with both his title belts. Indianapolis greets him warmly and the champion shouts them out. He tells us that Tony Kahn  told him he has to wrestle at Grand Slam. Now it's time to talk about a man who needs to be taught a lesson. Samoa Joe comes out.  He asks forgiveness for the interruption. He wants a front row seat to what MJF has to say. Joe calls MJF a kid.

MJF starts making weight jokes about Joe. Joe asks what's the problem. MJF mocks Joe's creativity on the mic. MJF goes back to weight and small penis jokes. Joe retaliates.  Joe insults Indianapolis. MJF gets in Joe's face and realizes that Joe is trying to skip the line. Indianapolis hates Joe, that's for sure. It's story time with MJF bay bay.  He brings up his WWE try out in Brooklyn, and the ensuing blow off from William Regal.  He sent Regal back to NXT and Joe is next. He brings up the "security guard incident". He tells Joe he's not a kid anymore and fires up. MJF says for Joe to stay out of his way.

Joe says it was point beautifully made but always thought of MJF as a little word-that-rhymes-with-witch. MJF slaps him. Joe vows to go through the tournament and tells MJF to have a nice day. Joe attacks MJF and poses with the AEW Title Belt. Low Blow by MJF and MJF stomps away. Uranage by Joe. Adam Cole saves MJF from a muscle buster. Joe walks off. The doctor checks on MJF, who has a hard time walking.

Roderick Strong and the Kingdom come out and yell at Cole.

Grand Slam Title Tournament: 1st Round: Roderick Strong vs Trent Beretta

Lockup, they jostle. Headlock by Strong, Trent makes the rope. Lockup, leg sweep by Strong, Trent blocks a Boston Crab. Front facelock by Strong. Shoulder block by Strong but a double knee strike by Trent. Chop by Strong, he follows up with more. Back suplex by Trent, followed by a running elbow and a DDT. Strong rolls out. Trent follows but Strong sends him into the post and drops Trents back on the apron as we go to commercial.

As we return, it's Strong with a forearm, he missses a charge. Trent with double knees. German suplex by Trent, he hits another. Trent with a Death Valley DriverLungblower by Strong. Kick by Strong for 2. They battle on the top rope. Chops by Strong. Hurancanrana by Strong but a rollup for 2 by Trent. Half and half into a piledriver for 2 by Trent. Strong made the rope. Strong with a jumping knee into a backbreaker for the pin.

WINNER RODERICK STRONG

Strong reapplies the neck brace. Nice touch.

Renee is with Toni Storm. Renee wants to know what happened at All Out. Storm can't remember anything about what happened. There'll be a 4 way next week for a match with Saraya at Grand Slam. Toni is off her rocker in a magnificent way.

Hangman Page comes out for an interview with Schiavone. Tony congratulates him on winning the battle royal. Swerve Strickland comes out with Prince Nana. Nana asks Tony to leave. Swerve talks about the clarity he's gotten in the last 2 weeks. He asks Page if charity is what he's become. Swerve insults the public school system that got the money. Swerve wants to know what happened to PAge. He was a franchise here once. But now? He's working pre shows, no new merchandise, no new gear, he's gained weight and gotten comfortable. Swerve said that if he had Page's opportunities, he'd already be the first black AEW World Champion. He challenges Page to either find himself or fight Swerve for the proverbial "spot". Page storms off. Swerve says it's a shame that Page's wife and kid have to see this. Page runs back in but gets hit by Brian Cage. Drillclaw by Cage. Swerve stands over Page.

Grand Slam Title Eliminator 1st Round: Darby Allin vs. Nick Wayne

Code of Honor adhered to, headlock by Darby, rollups as they trade 2's. Headlock takeover for 2 by Allin. Allin throws Wayne out and Wayne avoids the lope as we go to commercial.

Superplex by Wayne and a fisherman for 2Frog Splash by Wayne, nothing but allin's knees. Shothun dropkick by Allin and he scores a 2. Chops by Allin. Leg sweep into a figure 4. Wayne reverses it. Knee by Wayne, double cross boby blocks and both men are down.

As they get to their feet, they fist bump and trade forearms.  Allin grabs the mic and tells Wayne to hit him like he means it. Wayne with a superkick for 2. 

Christian Cage and Luchasaurus come out as we go back to commercial.

We're back and they are fighting on the apron. Rana by Wayne on the apron. Splash to the floor by Wayne. Cutter by Wayne for 2 back in the ring. Wayne with a cutter off the top attempt, Allin blocks it and hesitates on the coffin drop, electing to just cover him instead for 2.  They trade 2 counts. Code Red by Allin. Surboard by Allin, he stomps on Wayne and the ref calls it.
