WWE RAW LIVE THOUGHTS, MAIN EVENT SPOILERS

Main event spoilers:

Natalya defeated Tegan Nox with the Sharpshooter.  The crowd was very behind Natalya and she stayed around for a bit to celebrate with the crowd

Ricochet defeated Tommaso Ciampa.

Raw:

The arena seemed about 90% full.

I know that it’s been said many times but Domink Mysterio is next level heel, we were not able to hear anything that he said over the boos, the kid is going to be massive in the future.

The Judgement Day are great.

Sami firmly had the crowd behind him.

 Gunther is massive, and Ludwig is fun to watch, the camera doesn’t pick it up but he plays the snobby villain the whole match from the outside.

Chad Gable was over huge, the change from the Shorty G character to where he is now is remarkable.

Samantha Irvin kept the crowd going all night, she is a hard worker, lots of different styles of fan cams(the dx cam where people had to throw up the x signs, the can’t see me sign with fans waving their hands in front of their faces like John Cena.)

Lots of LA Knight merch around and some pretty let down people that he wasn’t there.

Drew McIntyre is a mountain with legs, WWE can’t let him walk when his contract is up, he got one of the biggest pops of the night.

The crowd loved Seth and Nakamura was over as well, when the camera was on Seth he held the mic up to egg on the crowd to sing along for Seth.

Trish and Becky was OK, HUGE pop for the home country Trish with lots of thank you Trish shirts that were being sold. The crowd kind of hit a lull mid match and they were not at all pleased with the finish.

There were Winnipeg Jets Raw mash up shirts for sale like the Flames did for Calgary and Smackdown.

Cody Rhodes is over MASSIVELY!

I’d say one a quarter of the pieces of merch at the show was his being worn. The man could do no wrong tonight, they have money in him.

After the show Sami took the mic and he and Cody stood in the ring and Sami spoke about “having this day and stop circled for months” as he wrestled in a pub down the road 15 years ago and Winnipeg people are good people and he loves the city.

A great show overall, a few sore spots with some missing talent and the Trish Becky ending but overall good.
