Welcome to Summerslam week! Beyond tonight's Monday Night Raw in Houston, WWE has a lot of broadcasts and live events slated for this week:
TUESDAY
WWE NXT returns tomorrow to the USA Network, featuring the fallout of the 2023 Great American Bash, including The Schism holding an interrogation, Dijak vs. Eddie Thorne and Jacy Jayne vs. Lyra Valkyria.
WEDNESDAY
Wednesday, WWE's The Bump returns at 1 PM EST, streaming on WWE's social media platforms, the WWE Network and Peacock with guests Xavier Woods and Tyler Breeze as well as Kayla Braxton in studio for what has been touted as a big announcement.
There will be a pre-sale online this Wednesday for the NXT No Mercy event in Bakersfield, CA.
THURSDAY
The WWE Summerslam Store will open in Detroit at 1001 Woodward Ave., across from Campus Martius from 12 PM to 10 PM. There will be meet and greets at 3 PM with Riddick Moss and Emma, followed by Zoey Stark at 6 PM. All meet and greets are first come, first served to those who request and receive a wristband required for entry to the meet and greet line. Wristbands will be available each morning when the store opens for that day's signings.
WWE will stream Main Event on Hulu this Thursday after taping it tonight in Texas before Raw.
Peacock and the WWE Network will also premiere the latest This Week in WWE episode on Thursday.
FRIDAY
WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley will be appearing at 11 AM for a meet and greet in Auburn Hills, M in Great Lakes Crossing Outlets. Promotional material for the appearance notes - "Hey, WWE Universe! To celebrate the new C4 Energy x WWE energy drinks & pre-workout powders, meet World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley in Detroit on Friday, Aug. 4. They will be at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets (parking lot) at 4000 Baldwin Rd. in Auburn Hills from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. to meet and take photos with fans."
The WWE Summerslam Store will open in Detroit at 1001 Woodward Ave., across from Campus Martius from 10 AM - 10 PM. There will be meet and greets at 12 PM with Omos and at 6 PM with Bronson Reed. All meet and greets are first come, first served to those who request and receive a wristband required for entry to the meet and greet line. Wristbands will be available each morning when the store opens for that day's signings.
The first-ever "fan-led Community Service Experience" will take place with Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan, among others at Ford Field in Detroit. Promotional material for the event notes, "This ticketed event provides our fans with an exclusive opportunity to work alongside WWE Superstars to pack meals to those experiencing food insecurity in the city of Detroit. 100% of ticket price will be donated to the V Foundation in support of Connor's Cure ahead of Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month this September. Connor's Cure funds critical research aimed at some of the most challenging pediatric cancers to improve early detection, aggressively explore new treatments and impact survivorship." SATURDAY
WWE will present Summerslam 2023 live from Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.
The WWE Summerslam Store will open in Detroit at 1001 Woodward Ave., across from Campus Martius from 10 AM - 7 PM as well as Sunday from 10 AM - 2 PM.
There will be no other live events beyond Summerslam this weekend.
Next week's Raw will emanate from Strodeland aka Minneapolis, Minnesota.
