Edward "Teddy Hart" Annis was arrested on 7/15 in Titusville, Florida, according to TMZ.com.
TMZ is reporting Hart was pulled over after he "ran a red light and traveled at a high rate of speed in a 2022 Mustang."
Authorities smelled an "overbearing odor of burnt marijuana emanating" from the car as well as "an unsealed medical marijuana container with a faded label inside of the glove compartment" and "several pieces of loose leaf marijuana shake" on one of the car's seats.
This started a search of the car which TMZ.com reports led to police finding "a baggie of red pills and a baggie of red powder that both tested positive for the presence of MDMA. They also said they found two small vials inside of a bag in the car that were labeled Masteron and Testosterone Cypionate -- which cops say are known anabolic steroids. Cops also claimed they found another baggie during the search that contained a blue powdery substance -- which they said also tested positive for MDMA."
Hart was arrested on charges of possession of MDMA and possession of a controlled substance without prescription.
Records show he was released from The Brevard County Sheriff's Office on 7/15 at 3:46 PM.
Hart recently wrestled his first match in three years in Florida and this arrest would have come several hours after that bout.
Hart was spotlighted in the Peacock reality series Dangerous Breed, which, among other accusations, brought forth footage of his toxic behavior towards former girlfriends and his ex-wife. One of the women featured in the show, Samatha Fiddler, traveled internationally with Hart before he abandoned her in Florida, allegedly taking her passport with him. Fiddler later disappeared and to date, has never been found or heard from. She has been missing since 2016. For more information, click here.
