It is Friday and this week, AEW Rampage, the 100th Episode was recorded after AEW Dynamite from the Rogers Place in Edmonton, AB Canada. Our commentary team is Excalbur, Chris Jericho, and Tony Schiavone.

Alex Reynolds, John Silver, and Evil Uno vs Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and Hangman Page

Reynolds and Nick start off and Reynolds pops Page with a right hand when he and Nick break after going into the ropes

Page tags in and Uno gives Reynolds instruction before they lock up

The Elite start with dives when Reynolds goes to the outside

Matt adds Silver to his last suplex

Page tags in and they start working Reynolds over with quick tags

Matt is knocked to the outside when Uno and Silver work him over.

Uno tags in and it’s Matt’s turn to get beat down by the Dark Order and their quick tags.

When they return from picture in picture, Matt hits a big crossbody from the top to the Dark Order on the floor before getting the hot tag to Page

Page has trouble with his kick off the turnbuckle, his fallaway slam on Silver, and his kip up as he cleans house.

Page hits a flying lariat off the top on Reynolds for two.

Uno tags in and the Elite take over, Page eventually hitting the shooting star press from the apron as the Bucks hold Uno.

The Bucks get a Meltzer Driver on Reynolds, broken up by Uno.

Uno and Page tag in and throw hands.

We then get a superkick party.

Page goes for the buckshot lariat, and Uno grabs the ref and pulls them in front of him.

Takeshita distracts the refs, Uno gets a low blow and Claudio Castagnoli gets an uppercut on Page

Uno covers for the pin and the win.

Winners: Alex Reynolds, John Silver, and Evil Uno

Even though the Dark Order is right that Page used them, they have now moved into the heel role for this part of the feud.

Claudio and Takeshita head into the ring with chairs, and Kenny Omega runs from the back with a chair to drive them off as the Dark Order backs out of the arena.

We then get a QTV segment that puts me in a sleeper hold.

Matt Hardy and Jeff….Jarrett vs Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia in the Blind Tag Team Eliminator Tournament.

Jeff comes with his entire group. Sammy slaps the hands of fans as he comes to the ring.

Matt and Daniel start the match, Daniel does his dance and Matt says he will delete it. They lock up with waistlocks with Matt getting a side headlock takeover. Garcia gets to his feet and backs Matt into the corner. Daniel gets a series of blows before Matt breaks free and catapults Daniel from the mat into the ropes.

Jeff tags in as does Sammy. They run the ropes and Jeff gets a hip toss followed by a strut. Sammy tosses Jeff to the floor and struts. He then leaps to the floor, and Jeff pulls Jay Lethal in the way of his leap. Jeff is rolled back into the ring and Karen Jarrett grabs Sammy’s boot, allowing Jeff to knock Sammy off the top and we go to picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, Sammy has been kept in the ring by Jeff and Matt. Sammy dodges Jeff’s attacks on him in the ropes, making it so Jeff nails Jay Lethal again. Sammy gets a leaping kick off the second turnbuckle. Both men are down and struggle to get up. Sammy and Jeff tag at the same time and Matt takes down Daniel with clothesline and then Matt slams his head into the turnbuckles all the way down.

Matt hits a power bomb for two. They fight in the corner and Matt hits Splash Mountain for two. Matt goes for the Twist of Fate, but Daniel is able to escape and tag in Sammy. Sonjay Dutt gets on the apron to distract the ref, and Jeff slides in the guitar for Matt to use. Mat refuses, and Lethal gets on the apron, Matt knocks Jeff and Lethal to the floor. This allows Sammy to get the GTS on Matt, and Daniel grabs a blind tag for the pin and the win.

Winner and moving on: Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia

After the match, Jarrett’s team attacks Matt. Brother Zay runs to the ring for the save, but Satnam Singh choke slams him and they go back to attacking Matt. Ethan Page comes to the ring for the save and takes everyone out.

Marina Shafir vs Hikaru Shida

They lock up collar and elbow and go to the ropes for a clean break. They lock up again and go to the corner where Shida is able to get a series of blows. They go to the middle of the ring and Shida gets a drop kick. They go to the corner where Shafir pulls Shida's legs out from under her. Shafir works Shida over with strikes and they jockey for position.

Shafir lifts Shida into a torture rack, slams her and covers for two. They throw hands after Shida gets up, and Shida is able to beat Shafir down. Shida hits a running knee and covers for two. Shida goes to the top and misses a drop kick, allowing Shafir to grab an ankle lock. Shida escapes by rolling through and follows with strikes and kicks on Shafir. Shida gets a falcon arrow for two.

Shida hits the Katana knee for the pin and the win

Winner: Hikaru Shida

We then go to Kris Statlander with Renee Paquette, and she says that she is a fighting champion, and she will put it on the line anytime, anywhere.

It’s time for the Main Event!

Trent Beretta and Matt Sydal vs Big Bill and Brian Cage in the Blind Tag Team Eliminator Tournament

I had utterly forgotten about Matt Sydal.

Matt and Cage start off and Cage just tosses Matt into the corner. Matt goes for a tijeras and Cage just stops him. Matt escapes out the back and tries for a sunset flip to no avail., then tries for a poisonrana and Cage stops it as well. He FINALLY gets an O’Conner roll for two. Cage hits a shoulder tackle and drops Matt. Trent is tagged in as is Bill.

Trent gets a series of chops and leaps at Bill. Bill catches him and tosses him to the corner. Bill whips Trent into the ropes. Trent puts on the brakes and when Bill charges him, he pulls down the top rope so that Bill goes to the floor. Trent tries to leap onto Bill on the ropes, and Bill grabs and slams him on the apron.

Bill slams Trent into the ringpost back first and then hits a fallaway slam as we go to picture in picture.

When we return to full screen, Cage misses when charging into Trent in the corner, and Trent is able to get a DDT and the hot tag to Matt. Matt gets a series of kicks to take down Cage, and then nails Bill with a kick. This allows Cage to try for the drill claw, but Matt turns it into a hurricanrana for two. Trent comes in so that they can double team Bill.

Cage is able to drop them with a double clothesline. They go to the floor and Matt is tossed over the barricade, and Trent hits Cage with a spear. Matt hits a meteora on Bill from the barricade.Bill and Cage are rolled into the ring. Matt and Trent go to the top and leap, each caught by the opponents. Cage and Bill both hit slams on Matt and Trent for two.

Matt hits a knee on Cage and dodges Cage and Bill’s clotheslines so that they hit each other. Trent gets a half and half on Bill, but Cage hits a discus lariat on Trent. Matt hits a leaping knee on Cage and goes to the top. He tries for a meteora, but Cage catches him and tosses him back into the corner. Cage then puts Matt on the top, but Trent meets him there and gets a German suplex from the top on Cage.

Trent then gets a pile driver on Cage, followed by Matt nailing a meteora from the top, leading to a two count. Bill slowly gets on the apron and then gets into the ring and clotheslines both Trent and Matt. Bill choke slams Trent and then hits a clothesline on Matt at the peak of Cage’s power slam for the pin and the win.

Winners and moving on: Big Bill and Brian Cage
