After failing to get the lawsuit dismissed, WWE filed a motion on 6/30 asking for an extension in time to officially respond to MLW's Amended lawsuit against them.
In the filing, WWE noted they "recently retained new counsel and requires adequate time to investigate the allegations."
MLW and WWE have both agreed to a new timeline where WWE would have to respond by 8/14.
The U.S. District Court of California. Northern District (San Jose) has agreed with the motion.
