APPLE TV+'s MONSTER FACTORY WILL NOT GET A SECOND SEASON

Apple TV+ has opted not to go forward with additional seasons of their professional wrestling reality series The Monster Factory. which chronicled the lives and professional wrestling endeavors of Danny Cage and his students at the Paulsboro, NJ school, culminating in a big event promoted at the 2300 Arena in Philly. 

Monster Factory owner Danny Cage confirmed the series would not be moving forward publicly on his Facebook page today after getting word a week or so ago, writing, "Everyone who watches Monster Factory on @AppleTV loves it! Problem is not enough watch it. Those are the breaks. No season 2. Thanks for everyone who helped out & supported us. But unless some real cosmic shit goes down it’s much like my honeymoon. One & done!"

The show was absolutely excellent in every regard and you can re-read my review of the show.  Rotten Tomatoes lists the show at 95% among audience members.

Just about every cast member of the series made themselves available to PWInsider.com for Elite interviews in recent months, some of which were my favorite conversations I've recorded this year.

The fact that the series didn't find an audience large enough to get it renewed is insane to me, as it was superb in its quality.  Everyone involved should absolutely proud of the series, which I wholeheartedly suggest you check out if you subscribe to Apple TV+.
