AEW used Europe's Final Countdown last night as Bryan Danielson's theme song but it will not be featured going forward. AEW President Tony Khan stated it cost as much as a "wrestler's contract." He teased he could use it "one more time." Khan felt it was great for the fans and hoped it would be the same for the band and the publisher. He had been working for some time on getting the music for the Danielson vs. Kazuchika Okada.
Legendary trainer and wrestler Ron Hutchinson was backstage visiting at the PPV.
Sting noted during the post-show media scrum that he wasn't planning to retire at "All In: London" and that while he's talked about finishing up, Tony Khan has encouraged him he wants Sting to stay as long as he wants to continue performing.
Khan stated during the scrum there would be a focus on matches for All In: London "very soon" during the post-show media scrum. He was hopeful Bryan Danielson would be back in time for Wembley Stadium.
When asked about CM Punk not taking part in a post-show media scrum last night, Tony Khan pointed out he had done a lot of media lately and he wouldn't have an issue with Punk taking part in a media scrum in the future.
Will Ospreay noted during the scrum that to protect his body, he's planning to finish up wrestling independent dates in the UK.
During the scrum, Bryan Danielson noted Ospreay, Orange Cassidy, Zack Sabre Jr., Pac, Darby Allin as well as CM Punk as talents he'd like to wrestle in the future.
Since Eddie Kingston will be wrestling in the G1 Climax, he won't be part of the ROH Death Before Dishonor PPV.
Khan teased the Boston Dynamite would be a big show for the company this summer.
